酒店本身硬件完全沒問題，符合w一慣氣質，房間很大，早餐也不錯，健身房也很大，設施都很齊全，沒想到退房的時候卻搞出來一堆事情，説什麼吃早餐可以不用付税錢，不吃早餐就需要付税錢，而且，他們説的這個税錢還要60美金一晚，入住的時候沒有人跟我們説過這個問題，在前台搞了一個多小時也沒解決問題，感覺是個黑店，第一次住酒店被人在退房的時候收什麼税錢

Since my first visit back in January 2025, the W Bogotá has truly become my home whenever I’m in town. Now on my third stay this year, I continue to be blown away by the level of care and attention from the team. Special thanks to Lidia M. and Fabian at the Front Desk—you two are simply amazing. And to the entire breakfast crew, thank you for the smiles and great energy each morning. Honestly, every team member I’ve come across has been nothing short of fantastic. The gym is just right, the spa is a vibe, and having a barbershop on site? Priceless. Oh—and the on-site transportation just adds to that effortless, taken-care-of feeling I love about staying here. Can’t wait for the next visit. W Bogotá, you’ve got a loyal one in me.

We had a wonderful stay at the W Hotel Bogotá. The whole place has an amazing vibe—modern, lively, and welcoming. The staff truly makes the difference: the team in charge of the rooms was exceptional, and Oscar at the front desk went above and beyond every single day to make our experience even better and to help us. We stayed with children and family and always felt safe, comfortable, and well taken care of. The spa was another highlight—relaxing, professional, and beautifully designed. Very recommend for anyone visiting Bogotá.

Really fabulous stay from start to finish. Enjoyed the daily breakfast, loved the gigantic workout facility, relaxed in the enormous room, and was addicted to the spa pool!! Great advice from Fabian about things to do in the area. He really listened to what I wanted to do, and arranged transportation. Oscar, too, was incredibly helpful and friendly, always greeting me with a smile and a kind inquiry about my stay :-)) The area around the hotel is filled with fun shops and restaurants. I felt quite comfortable walking around day and night! The only thing that was a bit sad was that the gorgeous floor-to-ceiling windows were dirty. I had a lovely view, but the dirt obscured the glorious sunrises and sunsets. Overall, though, excellent place to stay!
