This is probably the oldest-looking Ritz Carlton that I have visited. It is just like a normal hotel. The location is great, but everything else just doesn't look like a Ritz-Carlton. You will feel this the moment you get of the car. However, it is Boston and everything is overpriced.

The location is great. Up to luxury hotel standard in the US. But not comparable to the other Ritz Carlton especially in Asia.

The room is clean and service is good. The hotel is located in a very convenient location in Boston and it’s safe to walk around even at night.

整個老舊，浴室裡頭發貼在牆上，根本沒打掃乾淨。valet parking和前台説了跟沒説一樣，直到等到不耐煩，再次打電話，才有人迴應。11:15打電話要車和拿行李服務，到了11:30再打電話，才有人上來拿行李，然後拿行李的人才通知取車，離開酒店已經11:45……我覺得ritz這個品牌基本完蛋了。
