We loved our stay! The hotel was beautiful and we were so close to everything that we did! My daughter (she’s 4) had a blast in the pool and on the playground, and our older daughter and son-in-law and their 2yo twin boys also had a wonderful time. We’ll definitely be coming back!

Overall very disappointed with our stay at the Chateau. Our initial room when we checked in was very warm and would not cool down. We got moved to a different room on the 8th floor, which was cooler, but never got below 70 degrees while we had the thermostat set to 66. There was dust on the ceilings and countertops, the tile floors in the bathroom were dirty, and the refrigerator desperately needed a defrost and was rusty. There were a ton of small bugs on the inside of the sliding glass door to the balcony. In my confirmation email, it stated that surface parking was free, but when I got there they said that they had recently changed this policy and charged $18 with tax for parking outside. When I asked about it, they said that when I checked in I signed a paper that said I would pay for parking, although the prices on the sheet I signed were not accurate. My husband and I are locals, and checked in to get away for a night. For the almost $250 price tag, I wish we would’ve stayed the additional $100 to stay at Big Cedar. Will not recommend staying at this hotel to anyone, which appears to have not been updated since it was opened in 1997. The only redeeming factor was the Sunday champagne brunch, which was excellent from the food to the service.

Nice room...but room in need of an upgrade. Desk furniture, especially chairs, too low for sitting at desk. Bathroom faucet had low water pressure. Shower water temp not very hot at highest setting. Resort will nickle and dime you for everything, including parking!

It was the most beautiful scenery my eyes laid upon. The staff was helpful and great I would go back again hands down!!!!!
