The hotel located near the market square and very convenient and accessible, there are many restaurants nearby, breakfast area is inside the medieval cellar and breakfast is nice too.

Incredible find! This hotel is on a quiet street, but very close to the main part of the city. If arriving by train, it is a pretty quick walk from the station. From the moment we walked in, it felt so cozy, and the lobby smelled like something good was baking. The front desk team was so courteous and professional every time we interacted. They put up the Christmas tree while we were there, and it just enhanced the ambiance. The room is spacious and clean. The bathtub was amazing for soaking after being on our feet all day. I noticed many passersby always peeking in on the adorable courtyard. We would've stayed longer if we had more time in Bruges. Highly recommend this hotel for making your Bruges trip even more romantic!

The hotel has a lovely calm and welcoming atmosphere and the staff were friendly and keen to go the extra mile make our visit as smooth as possible. The bed was large and very comfortable and the room quiet and well furnished. The bathroom had a large bath, a great shower, plenty of towels and nice toiletries. The staircases are steep, as would be expected in such an old building but there’s a lift between floors, so it’s not a problem. The breakfasts are fantastic, with a large array of food on offer, too numerous to list - suffice it to say, you won’t be disappointed. Finally, it’s a great location, a short walk from the main square but far enough away not to be noisy. Would highly recommend.

This hotel is beautiful. The rooms are lovely, comfortable and the bathrooms are great. The beds are really comfortable and the vibe is one of luxury, with great toiletries. The location is perfect, being tucked away in a quiet spot yet not far from anything. Our room, like the hotel, was spotless. Sadly, however, we were both devoured by mosquitos. In fact, we had more bites on this visit than any other in any part of the world! They were all from the hotel too. Seemingly it is an issue that they don't talk about, which is silly. You should be warned and told whether measures are available to survive! No one said anything to us. The bar is utterly beautiful too, but lacks any real atmosphere and was almost always empty. The staff are generally lovely and friendly, but the owners are a bit surly and brusque. Had we not been a mosquito buffet I would have considered returning, and given it a higher rating as the hotel itself is lovely, but this will make me think twice.
