We loved everything about the hotel. The beautiful interior and immaculate rooms. The wonderful breakfasts in the delightful dining room and the lovely views of the canal. But the outstanding feature of our stay was the welcome and service provided. Upon arrival we were greeted by Fabrina who could not have been more charming and attentive. That set the tone for the rest of our stay. We would not hesitate to recommend this hotel and will definitely chose to stay again when we return to Bruges in the future..

Absolutely perfect! I fell in love with this place after watching the film In Bruges. Whether it is by day or even by night, it is spectacular. The service was top notch and extremely accommodating. My room was lovely and I would return in a heartbeat. Extremely close to everything one would want to see.

I had the joy of staying here for just one night, and even though it was short, the experience was truly unforgettable. It was my first time in Bruges and this hotel made it extra special. The room was simply beautiful, elegant, cozy and thoughtfully designed. The location couldn’t be better, the view? Absolutely breathtaking. I visited in November 2024 and was delighted to already feel a hint of Christmas in the air, it gave the whole place a magical, festive vibe that made my stay even more special. The staff were incredibly kind and attentive. One little detail that completely surprised me was the scent throughout the hotel, it was so calming and comforting, instantly making me feel at home. Even though I only stayed for one night, everything was exceptional. I can’t wait to return to Bruges and come back to this beautiful hotel…

This Hotel is gorgeous. Fabrina one of the staff here really cares about her guests. I have now stayed here twice. I would definitely come back again. Do not skip their world class breakfast. It's eating a 5 star breakfast inside a Museum, with WAFFLES LOL. The charm of the rooms & opening your medieval windows to hear the Belfort chime. Will whisk you away instantly to 700+ years ago. This Hotel overlooks the canal. So it's just about as romantic as you can get on earth. Fabrina even gave me one of the old bronze tassel keys they no longer use from the room I stayed in upon my first visit. Talk about really caring about your guests. It's within 5 minutes walking distance from where Michelangelo's statue of Modonna & Child is. The midweek outdoor market in the Town Square just a few meters from this Hotel should be experienced by every guest. The staff at this Hotel are extremely professional & take care of any of the needs you may require. Sorting a taxi for you to the train station upon leaving so you can go focus on the charm, beauty & in my opinion the unparalleled romance that the bridges, churches, canals, swans & shops in Bruges have to offer. Please take a horse & buggy ride through town. Seeing & touching those stone bridges from a boat ride with swans all around you will remind you the world is truly magical & beautiful.
