Pros: Very good location; staff friendly and multilingual; Didier in the dining room is amazing...very helpful individual. Cons: - Dining room opens at 7am on week days and 730am weekend - too late for the business traveller - room was comfortable and i like the no carpet - no bottled water provided and tap water did not get cool - whereas shower had to run for five minutes before it warmed up - cobwebs in the bathroom! - broken vanity mirror...pops right off when you try and move it

Our 2nd stay here. The staff are incredible!! A quiet neighborhood walkable to everything, including the Grand Plaza . Great local restaurants without the tourist crush.

We had an amazing time at the Stanhope Hotel Brussels. The perfect place to relax after a fun night out in the city! Upon arrival, we were pleasantly surprised with a complimentary room upgrade. The room was spacious, beautifully designed in a classic style, and the bed was one of the most comfortable I’ve ever slept in. One of my favorite touches was the fresh flowers throughout the hotel, such a beautiful and welcoming detail. Breakfast in the hotel’s beautiful garden was a highlight. Peaceful, relaxing, and delicious. It truly felt like an oasis in the middle of the city. Everything about our stay exceeded expectations, and I will definitely be returning on my next visit to Brussels!

An excellent service and nice located place; although not that easy to reach by car; advice when booking to go to the hotel by public transport: explain how to reach it once you parked your car at a certain distance and taking then public transport (maybe it is already somewhere given, bud I couldn't find it); also the reserved underground parking place is not respected by some guest: can this be improved? The after service was also excellent and fast: some goods left behind were send very fast by post to the home address

Old school cosy hotel. There was a lot of staff, aand the staff was very service-oriented. Something else as the "concept chain hotels" today.

A wonderful stay at a beautiful classic hotel! The atmosphere was elegant yet welcoming, with timeless décor and excellent service throughout and an impeccable shoe-shining service! A truly charming experience that combines tradition with top-notch attention to detail. Highly reccomended!
