내내 계속 불편했네요.. (펫 룸이었던거 같아요)

The directions to the luggage storage were completely wrong, sending us to the wrong location and forcing us to wander for nearly an hour with all our bags. The customer service phone line was unavailable after 11am except for emergency calls, and our email inquiry received no response at all. Eventually, a staff member arrived after more than twenty minutes and took us to a location completely different from what had been indicated. Because of this, we ended up arriving 30 minutes late for our scheduled time. This was extremely inconvenient and showed a clear lack of customer service.
러기지 스토리지 가는 길 안내가 완전히 잘못되어 엉뚱한 곳으로 가게 되었고, 짐을 들고 거의 한 시간 동안 헤맸습니다. 고객센터 전화도 11시 이후에는 긴급 전화만 받는다고 해서 연결되지 않았고, 이메일로 문의했지만 아예 답이 없었습니다. 결국 직원이 20분 넘어서야 와서 안내와 전혀 다른 장소로 데려가 짐을 맡길 수 있었습니다. 그 때문에 예정 시간보다 30분이나 늦게 도착하게 되어 매우 불편했습니다. 전체적으로 고객 서비스가 크게 부족하다는 느낌을 받았습니다.

주변에 갈만한곳 먹거리는 없어요 차로 이동해야하고 잠자는거 주차시설외엔 추천할만한게 없네요

民宿絕對無敵好評，雖然相對於釜山的地理位置有點偏，但是離小滑車和奧萊都能步行到達，而且屋內的設施很齊全，應有盡有，洗衣機還給準備了洗衣液，房東真的很貼心！
