Here for my honeymoon and i had the best time ever, spa massages 10/10 and Jessica took care of during our jacuzzi time, super attentive and very friendly and nice personality, definitely will be coming back! :)

Lovely hotel and amazing room with view. Humberto was our concierge and he was excellent. He was very attentive to all our needs ensuing we were happy throughout our stay. My only feedback is be prepared for a “pool party” atmosphere as the Taboo beach club caters to the paid tourists from cruise ships and Airbnb.

This hotel was definitely an experience we won’t forget. I traveled with my puppy, Maximo, and by the end of the first day, all the staff knew his name — they made us feel so welcome! The property is beautiful, and the staff are extremely friendly and attentive. The on-site restaurants are amazing, and a special shoutout to our bartender, David — his service and cocktails were outstanding. The beachfront area was perfect, with attentive attendants making sure we were comfortable. The location is also great — walking distance to restaurants and plenty of nightlife. We had a fantastic time and would definitely come back!

This was the worst resort I've ever stayed at. Any little thing you could order, from a guac to a drink, would take 40+ minutes to arrive. Your bill? Another 20 mins. Taking a cockroach out of your room? 30+ mins. You would honestly think you were staying at a 1-star all-inclusive resort, given how much they hated taking your order and preparing your food. The best part is that there were so many staff members just standing around, doing nothing other than yapping while you're waiting for a simple snack or drink. Oh, and no beds at the pool either, since they clearly don't care about the hotel guests and allow a ton of people to come and act like they're on Love Island, taking over every inch. Unless you enjoy watching frat boys chew on zyn and spit into the pool for hours on end and people's sloppy twerking on the pool bar while you're paying "luxury" prices, don't go there.

The hotel is gorgeous. You walk through glass doors into the lobby and are greeted with a beautiful view of the beach. At check-in, you’re offered a choice of champagne, tequila, or water upon arrival. Unfortunately, it’s all downhill after that. The robe in my room had a visible stain on it. I had to wait over half an hour for the bartender to take my drink order at the pool bar. Then he made one drink (a vodka soda) and proceeded to come back five minutes later to inform me he forgot what the other two drinks I ordered were. At check-out, I was charged the daily resort fee again (even though I had already paid the resort fee at check-in). If you've stayed recently, I recommend double-checking your bill to ensure you weren't overcharged as well. Luckily, I spotted it in time and the charge was removed. I gave the hotel several chances to correct these issues, but they refused to take responsibility—claiming instead that they were working on improving things for future guests. They say personalized care is the cornerstone of their service. Yet, they didn’t make any effort to resolve the matter for the guest who was directly impacted by these issues. Their lack of concern was evident and highly disappointing. I would reconsider booking with the Melia brand of hotels in the future.

This resort is absolutely amazing. It’s beautiful, spotless, and conveniently located near a Walmart, nightlife, and plenty of great restaurants. The staff was incredible. They knew us by name and went above and beyond to make our stay special. When they found out we were celebrating our anniversary, they emailed us to ask for a few details and photos, then surprised us with many personal touches in our room, including handwritten cards, printed photos, champagne, a dessert, and even a custom slideshow of our memories. It was such a thoughtful gesture! The resort food was fantastic especially when enjoyed poolside and we loved the live Sax music by the pool each day. Overall, this was one of the best resort experiences we’ve ever had, and we can’t wait to come back!

Loved our hostess Alyssa . She went above and beyond to make sure we had a great time . She helped us from upgrading our room to making Resturant reservations to booking car rentals. I was so stressed with work so my husband booked this last minute trip to Cabo and when I first arrived I thought I was going to hate the hotel and the loud music. The hotel has the most gorgeous view , specially the view from our room, and music and all the activities were just what I needed to forget about my stressful job back home. The fire work was just added bonus. The entire staff were professional and friendly. We will for sure go back to ME Cabo. We hav been to ME Barcelona and now ME Cabo and love both locations.
