Calgary Marriott Downtown Hotel

The room was about what you’d expect from a major hotel chain its clean, comfortable, and fairly standard. My main disappointment was the Club Lounge. I paid extra for access, expecting complimentary alcoholic beverages during the evening cocktail hour, but they only offered snacks and soft drinks. Alcoholic drinks were available, but at an additional cost. Other Marriott properties I’ve stayed at provide complimentary drinks in their lounges, so this felt like poor value for money. Overall, the stay was satisfactory but not outstanding. Service was average and didn’t meet the standards I typically associate with the Marriott brand. In my opinion, the Club Lounge upgrade isn’t worth the extra cost.

Everything is normal, I don't like bathroom in room because because the faucet is not adjustable.

Everything went well. They allowed me to check in earlier than expected and I’m thankful for that. They also let me leave my belongings for a while after I checked out. Thank you!

This is my first bad review. It's also the first time I've lived in Marriott without a swimming pool or even a parking lot. There is also a missing red wine bottle cap next to the sofa, and the hygiene is not careful. I am very disappointed.

Perfect location, they have smart tv with youtube, a nice option for people who are not interested in watching local tv
