overall nice place to have a rest and relax, the food was mostly good, as well as hotel territory and the beach as for the rest, it wasn't so bad, though hotel management may adjust some things i believe: housekeeping may forget to clean up the room, room service may forget to deliver the order, extremely short amount of beach loungers "executive lounge" was ok, but it's a usual snack bar, no big deal (crying babes are included)

Located near Cam Ranh airport, and there are some local restaurants and convenience store about a 5-10min drive away. The whole resort was nice, and it really felt like you're on vacation. All the rooms face the sea, so you'll enjoy a beautiful sunrise every morning - both a plus and minus point. The curtains were NOT blackout curtains, so be expected to be awoken by sunlight at 5+am. Cleanliness needs improvement - we found strands of hair and even a toe nail on the floor in our room. We had to call the front desk to come up and clean the room again, which they did promptly. Strangely, a wipe kind of mop was used, not a vacuum. We enjoyed the room service and food. The breakfast situation was a disaster on Saturday morning though. There were simply too many hotel guests and we had to find seats on our own. There was no staff to manage the crowds and it was very stressful, with people trying to grab seats and any empty chairs away without even asking. Overall, we had a good stay but we expected better from a 5 star resort. The kids enjoyed the kids club and water playground.
