The hotel is beautiful , clean and room are clean and the staff is very friendly. Enjoyed the buffet breakfast, everything was fresh!

Krystal Beach Hotel boasts a unique architectural design seamlessly immersed into its surroundings. It’s like a Cruise Ship with bigger spaces. The rooms are well designed and maintained. The staff are professional.
However, the food leaves a lot to be desired. The Hotel could do better with their breakfast buffet menu. Once you have your first breakfast, there is no motivation to go for breakfast on subsequent days because the food options aren’t spiced up on different days. Just the same menu and average at best.

After finding Cockroaches in room 110 on the first day we reported it to the reception-nothing was done and on the second morning more were in the bathroom.
The electrical lights were not working and when maintenance came, they said they would fix it after we left three days later.
The dining breakfasts were good but the selection in the room and in the dining, room were poor

The hotel is really really beautiful. Friendly staff♥️♥️♥️. We were so happy with my family. It’s just a bit far from city center especially if you don’t have a car

We had a wonderful stay. Jolene was just fabulous and welcoming in the restaurant. Great location. Service just a little slow in restaurant. Otherwise great 🙌
