We stated 4 nights and loved it. Good location with a free shuttle to the V&A waterfront. Buffet and bar were both nice with great service. Rooms were comfortable and big enough. Most importantly, the staff were super friendly and helpful. Would stay again

Such a beautiful hotel We stayed in room 205 Shower was blocked. It filled up I stood on the lips on the side It was just one night for a medical conference so I was going for the talks I showered an left as we had to check out as congress was at CITCC till 3pm so no time to report and come back Was very disappointing for such a beautiful central hotel.

Such a beautiful hotel. The rooms were really clean and comfortable beds. The hotel is in a great location with easy tensport over to the waterfront. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. Food was really tasty. Pool was a bit small and cold but otherwise, an overall great experience.

A beautiful hotel. Excellent clean rooms. Comfortable beds. Very friendly and helpful staff. Meals were lovely. Good location. Was great that transport was offered to and from the V & A Waterfront. A special treat was the welcome neck and shoulder massage on arrival.

The hotel, safe & everything about this fantastic hotel is excellent! I cannot fault this hotel at all. I would highly recommend this hotel with regard to the staff who go that extra mile . Always with a smile & a Good Morning! The rooms are very comfortable. I always have problems with hotel beds & mattress, but these are excellent. I’ve slept so well whilst staying here. The good & restaurant is excellent with a wide variety of different dishes which are all delicious! 😋 I shall return back to this hotel again in a heartbeat Thank you to all the staff who make this hotel an excellent option.

Had a great experience. The food, staff and rooms were wonderful. Loved the aesthetics and the location is safe for strolling in the beautiful summer weather
