What a fantastic hotel! This hotel has the most amazing staff. Nothing was too much trouble for them. I cannot praise them highly enough. From the moment we arrived to the moment we left we were made to feel very welcome. Their advice and help really helped make our stay. The hotel itself is very clean and modern and well located to reach all the main parts of Cape Town quick and easy. The rooftop bar with views of Table Mountain really is worth visiting. We were lucky to get an upgraded room which was spotlessly clean and well looked after. This is a must stay hotel if you are visiting Cape Town

We stayed at the Cloud 9 boutique hotel for 3 nights. I stayed with my pregnant wife and asked for a quiet room. On entry they gave us a great room with a great view in a quiter area of the hotel. The hotel staff was great and the pool area give great opportunity for some relaxing in eather sun or shade. The breakfast options we're also really good and you get a cold and hot option from the breakfast menu which to me was a first. We we're also able to park our car next to the building with great help of the parking staff. Our experience was great and we would definately come back another time with this great exprience!

The perfect start to our honeymoon. Cheree, Natasha and Daniel all took such good care of us every day at breakfast, checking that we had no issues and being super attentive. The breakfast was tasty and coffee nice and strong! There are two lovely pools at the hotel, with one having just a jaw dropping view of table mountain. The rooms were clean and spacious, and Cloud 9 is perfectly situated near to Kloof Street for lots of tasty places to eat. You could walk around near the hotel without being worried about safety. We didn't get chance to try the spa due to only being there for a few action packed days, but everything was very reasonable. All staff were willing to help at all times, and make it a memorable holiday.

Cloud 9 personifies chic-boutique! A classy affair with eye-catching detail throughout the hotel's décor. Eye-catching views as well! Massive commendation to the chef and his team. The food was well-presented and deliciously devoured. Reception staff (Jeanette, Lance, Dominic, Cliff and the rest) were delightful. A BIG shout-out to the hotel Deluxe Spa - Thana and her team. Every day was literally a treat(ment). A highly recommended base for exploring Cape Town.

The authentic city bowl experience without the rif raf downtown noise. I was welcomed by an incredible team at the desk and felt almost like they were waiting for me. Facilities and location were off the charts. Thank you... I relly was on Cloud #9!!!
