Downtown of Cartagena, very convenient for shopping and restaurants and bars 😍
Very friendly staff at front desk who helped to modify my booking. And their concierge is very helpful and nice👍🏼
If a mini bar can be added into the room then would be perfect.

I had such a wonderful experience at this hotel! The service was truly exceptional, the staff were incredibly friendly, always smiling, and consistently on top of everything. My room was spotless and felt so fresh every day. I especially loved the rooftop area and the great music vibe. It created a perfect atmosphere and I enjoy the view. Plus, the location couldn’t have been better, just a short walk to nearby stores, which made exploring super convenient. Overall, I couldn’t recommend this place more. I’ll definitely be coming back!

Amazing personalized stay at this beautiful boutique property. Hospitality and service was top tier. Highly recommend to first time visitors of Cartagena. The food was also delicious and fresh. Looked forward to the freshest fruits, breakfast on the roof, the most delicious coffee and loved the fried rice- it is a MUST! The rooftop was awesome and loved hanging by the pool. Truly a 10/10 experience. Can’t wait to return!

We loved our stay at Viola Hotel. Rooms were clean and well maintained . The staff was excellent ! They were friendly and helpful when we had any questions. Always someone at the front desk and at the front door. We would definitely stay there again . Highly recommend Viola Centro Historico .

My husband and I had the most amazing experience at this hotel. From the front desk staff consistently providing us with guidance and advice on where to go. I would definitely stay at this hotel again. The hotel room was clean always our housekeeper was amazing. The location was perfect cause we are close to everything. The room is great except for the little rowdiness outside, but it was wonderful. The bathroom set up was great. We had a little situation with the toilet, but they made sure that it was taken care of right away. Special thank you to Kris from the front desk and our housekeeper Martinez

The hotel was a great find in Cartagena. The rooms were spacious, and breakfast was good and included. The hotel is strategically placed so we were able to get around Cartagena easily from the hotel. I went with my daughter and my two sons, and they all liked it and hoped we could stay longer on our way back from Santa Marta. I would recommend this hotel if you want a large room, delicious breakfast, and a view on Cartagena from the swimming pool!

The rooms were clean and comfortable. The staff were helpful and friendly. The breakfasts were tasty with various options. And the location is great for wandering around the old city. Highly recommended.

It's such a great, wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms are spotless free. I love the marble floors and the marble walls decor and right?They have huge mirrors which is a big plus the rooms are very spacious and the beds are super comfortable. The hotel is located right in the heart of the historical center.Which is the main attraction of the city?Everything is super close, walkable, distance to restaurants to historical buildings and clubs and stores. The hotel is very close.Also to the port where you can take different tours with a boats. The jaquiz in the pool area was a nice experience and the breakfast was absolutely delicious.Located under rooftop of the building with a view.

Property is good. Location is excellent. It reminds me of being in New Orleans when you stand on the balcony looking at the movement of the people below. Steps away from Torre Reloj. Tons of restaurants, money exchange places, and shops around. To change your money, walk out the front door, turn left, pass the small cafe, then the money exchange place is there on your left (has a great rate). People party at night so ask for ear plugs if you need them. Didn’t bother us, we slept well.
They do have hot water unlike what others said. You have to move the shower handle to the left and then it gets hot.
The best part of this hotel is the staff. They are kind, helpful, and attentive.
