Schöne Unterkunft.
Hervorragender Service und super freundliches Personal.
Dairo Martinez, Gloria und ihre Kolleginnen und Kollegen waren super.
Das Aktivitäten Angebot war angemessen. In die SUP könnte etwas investiert werden um den Fun Faktor zu erhöhen.
Die Cocktails waren gut aber etwas Teuer.
Die privaten Touren waren gut organisiert durch die guides und es wurde auf die persönlichen Wünsche eingegangen.

The staff is friendly, attentive, and excellent. The food is delicious. The atmosphere is peaceful. The environment is beautiful. The beds are very comfortable…like sleeping on clouds.

The staff were amazing and the service was the highlight of our stay. The accommodations were peaceful and tranquil, but the music on the small beach was loud and not necessary. Limited activities available and the price overall was a little excessive

We had an amazing time even though it was only for one night. The food was really good and a mixture of Colombian and intercontinental and or course sea food, but they had vegetarian options as well.

We first arrived to the hotel by boat from the dock in cartagena. The island and presentation was incredible with beautiful blue/aqua waters, a beautiful beach, and amazing hotel from with a restaurant on the water front and center. The staff was so welcoming, me and my wife never wanted to leave! The meals provided 3 times a day are to die for (if you're not a picky eater) the amenities are amazing and the staff is there to help you 24/7. We felt well taken care of the entire time. There is a spa on the island that we went to a few times because the women were so incredible with their muscle tension release techniques. They also have a private pool for guests with a bar in the middle. The beach and ocean is beautiful. They also have additional adventures/excursions you have to pay that are very convenient and affordable for an amazing experience (we did snorkeling with a group and had our photos taken and offered for a small extra cost, totally worth it!) My wife and I would recommend to any family and friends 10/10. Can't wait to come back!!

I don’t want to write about the hotel since is very nice, we stayed with my family for one night is the 3rd time there, and is is very well maintained and food and cabins are perfect. I only want to advice that if you need to travel to the hotel by land you have to considerer visit, it is a 2 hour drive you will depart Cartagena at 12:00 and arrive to the hotel very sick of the long trip , they tell you the sea transportation is not guaranteed if they don’t have at least 20 people, that never happens so you will have to get stuck in a bus that ruins the whole experience. So for next time I will look for a different option with a boat transportation, it is a shame because the hotel is beautiful.

All ok but area of opportunity- if you accept it- is coordination of transportation to hotel. Would be nice to; * define 1 day earlier if transportation going to happen by sea or land. * explain how to identify company’s personnel. Clothing, names, etc * depart on time. Were told to be at dock 1 between 11:00 and 11:30. Bus left until 12:06. Being on time is very important since we value your time and consider our time should be valued as well. * bus utilized is in bad maintenance conditions. Some seatbelts do not work, some seats do not incline, suspension sounds awful, wipers - driver had to go down to kind of fix one since it was raining to improve visibility. * check in was slow. Would be good if all was ready and just needed signature. Passport information can be previously shared to accelerate process and start enjoying facility even if you have to wait until check in time at 3 pm. * personnel sent to pick us up did not coordinate communicate anything. Helpful to understand where to walk, receive information of what are we waiting, to explain we will switch transportation from bus to boat Hope this is helpful to you.
