Прекрасный отель! Мне кажется это лучшее, что в этой локации может быть и за адекватные деньги. Очень понравился. Огромные кровати, отличный бассейн, хорошее обслуживание, большие номера, с/у с ванной и душем, набережная для прогулок. Отель и вправду, приятно удивил. Очень хотели даже задержаться ещё на один день, но к сожалению свободных номеров не оказалось.

Para um Hotel de 5 estrelas achei que as instalações eram de um hotel de 4 estrelas .
Este hotel está a precisar de uma remodelação, quer nos quartos, quer no restaurante Salinas, onde são servidos os pequenos almoços.
O chão do quarto onde fiquei alojada, tem um revestimento já bastante desgastado, e o sofá está a precisar de ser substituído.
Quanto à sala do pequeno almoço, as cadeiras estão praticamente todas com os estofos em baixo.
Na minha opinião, deveriam investir na renovaçao das infra-estruturas, porque o Hotel tem uma localização excelente.

tive que fazer reclamação sobre o estado do duche e lavatório, na qual a cabeça do duche foi alterado mas saia agua pelo o tubo do lavatório por falta de manutenção e danos do tubo.
pelo o preço que se paga o hotel deveria ter melhor manutenção

Durante toda a estadia fomos importunados por um grupo grande de pessoas rudes e asneirentas, que criaram um péssimo ambiente no hotel, piscina e spa. Levaram inclusivamente garrafas de vidro com álcool para a piscina do spa (que é pago à parte). Foram chamadas à atenção, mas sem qualquer melhoria no procedimento. Vários hóspedes se queixaram, mas nunca foram tomadas medidas. Acabámos por ter um fim de semana estragado, sem sossego e com mau ambiente.
A gerência do hotel será a responsável, por não terem agido prontamente para conforto dos restantes hóspedes.
De resto, hotel ok.
No quarto não tínhamos roupão, chinelos ou os menus do Spa ou Room-service, e foi preciso ligar várias vezes para nós levarem os roupões.
O quarto é bom, vista excelente sobre a praia e piscina. Cama rija. Sem qualquer item no mini-bar.
Pequeno almoço com muita variedade, mas de fraca qualidade.
Têm piscina interior, não é aquecida.
O Spa, é pago à parte: 10€/h/pessoa.
Não parece de todo um hotel de 5 estrelas, devia ser revisto.
