Be careful this hotel!!!!!
It's my first time to leave a bad review. Never go to this hotel for Asians. I made a reservation because the hotel's design is unique, but the facilities are very old. The front desk worker said something racist about Asians when he greeted me on the last day. Maybe he thought I didn't know that. I asked him why he said that, and he quickly changed his words. Racism should never be anywhere.

A great hotel. Staff really helpful and accommodating. The rooms are all themed. I stayed in the James Dean suite which consisted of a seating lounge area, two bathrooms and an enormous bed. The room was had everything you needed. The restaurant in the Mezzine for an evening meal was extremely nice, staff very helpful and accommodating, breakfast was also held here and was a big one. Plenty of food, set you up for the day. The spa was also very good. Had a Hammam massage by Miriam she was excellent, had a hard task with lots of knots but she did a great job making me feel good. Would definitely stay again and highly recommend

What a delightful boutique hotel. The staff were so helpful. No request was too big. We both had a Hammam/ massage. Devine. Our suite was gorgeous. The restaurant supplied all we required. The dinner menu was very inclusive. The chef made pepper sauce for my husband. The breakfast was a feast in itself.

From the moment I arrived, I knew this would be an excellent stay. Every detail at this hotel reflects world-class quality—from the warm welcome at check-in to the immaculate rooms and stunning facilities. The rooms are all devoted to particular movie stars or memorable figures and our room was very tastefully designed. The beds were so comfortable and we also had a seperate lounge area and two bathrooms. I especially appreciated how quiet and restful it was—perfect for a relaxing escape. The staff were outstanding—professional, attentive, and genuinely caring. Nothing was too much trouble, and their hospitality made the experience feel both luxurious and personal. Facilities were second to none. The pool and spa were beautifully maintained. We paid for a massage and hamman and they were great value at 500 dirhams for 45 minutes. It was absolutely well worth it and the atmosphere in the spa centre was gorgeous. This hotel effortlessly combines elegance, comfort, and service.

Absolutely wonderful stay, I felt like a Queen. The service was exceptional. One of my favorite hotels in the world.
