The Westin la Paloma Resort & Spa

Ryan the pool waiter was probably the best part of this place. Really cool guy, delivered the drinks, did his job. Meanwhile the pools were all disgusting, the drinks are $18 a pop, and our room in no way commanded the price we paid for it. Single king was absolutely not a king. Awful experience all around.

We had a wonderful multigenerational family stay at your beautiful property! Swimming, dining, cocktails, pickleball, working out...this place has it all and is just beautiful!

I hosted a bachelorette brunch party at La Luz Restaurant at The Westin La Paloma in Nov. 2025. The whole brunch went so well. I am so thankful for the staff - Lilia was our waitress, Audrey Cooper answered countless emails to help me coordinate this party as I’m in Phoenix and this is Tucson. Everyone else who helped the-day-of-was extremely courteous and kind. We were seated in a separate room with decorative walls that had cut-puts which made the gathering more intimate, but we were still able to feel like part of the restaurant and enjoy the view of the mountains. It felt so inviting and made for a wonderful gathering (that I didn’t need to decorate! Yaaay!) The only constructive criticism I have is to maybe add an extra support server when food comes out for such a large party as many ladies went without an alcoholic beverage for some time after the first set came around, as well as when entrees began to be served only 3-4 at a time. That could have been the bar being busy, too, as well as maybe staff called out. No one can control everything. And all-in-all everyone enjoyed the party! Thank you, Audrey and Lilia!

Had a great experience at La Paloma. Was in town for a wedding that was held on site. Jessica at the front desk was incredibly helpful.

We have stayed at La Paloma several times over the years and hosted our wedding block of rooms at this resort as well. We just returned for another seven night stay and had another amazing experience. Extremely friendly and accomodating staff, and the new renovations are all an amazing and refreshed feel throughout the property. Wonderful amenities, and my wife had an awesome morning at the spa. This resort is located in such a beautiful part of Tucson, while still being very accessible and close to other restaurants and attractions of the city. Specifically, I want to give special appreciation to Dawn G. for being an above and beyond help with my reservation questions and taking time out of her busy schedule to help ensure we had another wonderful stay. Dawn is truly a pleasure to talk to and I really appreciate all her efforts. Also, Michelle and Nova at the front desk were particularly helpful throughout our stay as well, so I definitely appreciate their hard work also!
