Everything was wonderful! We had a great time! We had a young man that went out of his way to help us and made us feel very welcomed , his name is Guillerme, he was a bar tender at the pool bar! He was always ready to help in every way possible! Thank you

Not worth the price. I came here with high (or very high) and unrealistic expectations since other members of my family stayed here three years ago and told us only wonders about the hotel. Our room was perfect. I booked a suite and it was perfect for me, my wife and two teenage sons. We had our space with a private bathroom and they had theirs. The bed was very comfortable and the room very clean. The hotel structure is, in average, very good. I don't have complaints about this. Even though the hotel was crowded it was always possible to find a clean and suitable space to enjoy the sun. Cold beverages all day and for the ones who like to drink alcohol - you'll have a great time here - there is a good selection of beers, draft beers, cocktails and wines. Unfortunately I don't drink and this is kinda irrelevant to me. I would appreciate more options of natural fruit juices, sparkling water and coconut water. The beach is amazing. You have too see for yourself. The water is warm and I took afternoon walks with my son every day during our five days stay in here. Now, to the awful part - the food. I really hated the options available for lunch and dinner. I really expected more. I'd really prefer fewer options if they were better cooked and have a better taste. And another thing - the lack of consistency in the cooking. Sometimes the meat, fish or chicken are too rare and other times they are cooked too much. No salt, a lot of salt... Deserts are too sweet or no sugar at all. Not to mention the ice cream - the worst I ever had in my life! The a-lá-carte restaurants - I went to two of them : Inevitável and the Portuguese one. The first is good. The food was well prepared, served hot and the ambient was nice. However, the table service is awful. If this restaurant was outside the hotel it would be out of business. The Portuguese restaurant, however, is the creme-de-lá-creme. If there was a rating from 1 to 10 in which 10 is the worst possible this restaurant would score 100. The food was terrible. From the appetizers, the main course and the desert. They failed at all. Terrible. It's not acceptable to be served cold food at a lá-carte restaurant.
