Top-Notch Hospitality in the Heart of Jakarta. I recently stayed at Mandarin Oriental, Jakarta and overall had a very pleasant experience. The room was clean, comfortable, and spacious. The staff were friendly and attentive — from check-in to housekeeping and concierge. Breakfast was excellent, with a great variety of dishes and fresh offerings, which made every morning enjoyable. The hotel’s location is superb — right next to a major shopping center and easy to reach important areas of the city. I appreciated the hotel’s facilities including the pool, gym, and overall ambience. I would like to praise their excellent service, which stands out compared to many other hotels. Special thanks to the receptionist, Ika, who was extremely helpful, informative, and always warm with her smile.

The staff are very caring and take care of my needs. This is my few time staying in mandarin oriental and the staff never failed me everytime when I stay in this hotel. Breakfast buffet need improvements. It seems like the food never change. Innovation in serving different type of food during breakfast is important. A lot of local dishes but lack of international selections like chinese and japanese breakfast foods.

Fantastic service!!!! Room is huge. Breakfast spread is ok too. Attention to detail by staff is the best.

This is my 2nd trip to Jakarta and once again we're staying at this hotel with my family. As always, the warm welcome makes us feel happy and at home during our stay. We especially love the variety of Indonesian local dishes at breakfast with "Wedding Jahe" being a standout. It gives us the energy we need to explore the city. I highly recommend this hotel for families, the rooms are spacious and the beds are incredibly comfortable. Plus, the daily housekeeping service ensures our beds are always prepared for a restful sleep, which is something I don’t experience at other hotels

I planned a trip in less than 12 hours for my Queen and Princess’ birthday, and the hotel made it unforgettable! Just 2 hours before arrival, I requested if they could decorate the room, and to my surprise, they went above and beyond my expectations! At breakfast, we were serenaded with a birthday song and served cakes, which made the morning extra special. The breakfast spread itself was outstanding, with servers at every station ready to assist. From being personally walked to our table to having drinks of our choice served directly, the service was flawless. Thank you for making this birthday celebration so memorable . I truly couldn’t ask for more!
