We went to the hot springs thinking it would be a tranquil, relaxing experience, but it was terrible, and gross. First off, you must bring your own towel, which I thought was insane and ridiculously cheap of them. If you don't bring one, the only option is to buy one of theirs for $7.50 LOL. It's small, cheap, and feels like sandpaper on your skin. Horrible. When you get downstairs, you put your shoes in a big pile of other dirty shoes, and then walk barefoot through the disgusting change room floor with a half inch of repulsive water. The spa itself was full of kids screaming and splashing around with pool noodles - far from tranquil. You could complain but there's no one around to hear it. Someone needs to clean this cesspool. Overall, this was a terrible, disgusting experience, and big waste of money. Absolutely shameful.

Group Stay. Despite reserving specific room types 6 months in advance, not all were available at checkin? No on-site supervisor was available to resolve problem, resulting in some folks waiting more than 2 hours to get a room assigned. Due to the long delay, and the number of cars in our club, folks parked where they could pending resolution of the room problem. One employee VERY undiplomatically YELLED at folks they could not park where they were and demanded they move the cars despite there being few if any spaces available. Some units had been updated, others were worn. One was dirty and even had food in the fridge. The restaurant, on the other hand, was quite nice ( independently operated from the resort). Food was good. Staff was friendly, surprisingly including the lady who yelled at us about the cars. Pools were nice and clean.

Wonderful..Pools, changing rooms and cabins were spotless. Views amazing and the restaurant first class. Cznt reccomend this enough. I will be back.

Very nice hotsprings we had a great time!! Nice to have the four different temprature pools. We had 2 babies and the three is no change tables at all, and there was I tiny family change room is completely useless!! Very difficult to have a baby at this facility! Other than that is is very nice.

It was relaxing and enjoyable. We stayed for 1 night in an economy king cabin ( Arrowhead). Room was clean and comfortable. The biggest complaint was the very small, low toilet. No assistant bars for senior requirements. Small, short pillows. No decaf. coffee packets. A toaster would have been nice. A car necessary to walk to main resort and pools. Only a 1 way elevator to pools. $1 dollar required for locker. Lots of stairs in the cabin areas. Restaurant was expensive. No wi-fi available. Only wi-fi calling at resort.

Easy to fix
The facility is definitely amazing!, but the staff is definitely banking on that to provide a mediocre to poor service, especially at the restaurant not so much the waitress but the food was extremely disappointing, area for improvement !, front desk the person that helped us can definitely be more friendly and welcoming , the pool should be open earlier than 11:00 am!,considering is one of the few thing's to do over there. $465 per night is a high rate anywhere in the world!.

A group of 5 of us girls went to celebrate our friends 40th birthday. It was so beautiful and the chateau was wonderful- clean and quiet and close to the lake and hotsprings. We went to the natural hotsprings as well and those were great. It was a memorable trip and I would go again and again!

This property is nestled in nature ideal to detox from civilization. The restaurant is limited in service: opens from 3pm to 5pm for small bites and 5 pm to 730pm for dinner. Our cabin 6 was clean, comfortable, and modern. The bathroom is equivalent to a spa. The hot springs are amazing with hot and warm water in different pools and a massive cold water pool on the lower deck. We had nature walks in the morning and evenings where we found water cascades that were true gems. We feel reinvigorated in mind, soul, and body.

We was only there to go to the pools and we loved it especially the pool with 40 degrees not that the others were bad we just loved that one. When we went there it was not crowded so we had a great time. One little thing which is the reason it is not 5 points I have given - please tell the people at the front desk to inform guest about how you can lock your things away but you need a dollar so both man and wife have money to a locker.
