原來是很期待住在這個酒店的，訂了一間的大一點的房子，後來他給了我們小的普通房，我向酒店投訴，這不是我訂的房間，後來給我換了大一點的房間，不過在三樓，酒店門口得staff應該是沒有經驗得服務生，說話也很不好聽，眼睛翻來翻去的，樓下服務生，還說，這就是你訂的房間，我真的很無語！ 後來看到照片才發現不是我訂的，當然酒店還和我道歉送了小香檳，但是經歷也很差！我又想做SPA，服務生說，我們酒店很滿，問了很久一直也沒有回覆，第二天早上再問，其實明明就有位子！非常差的經歷在這個酒店，完全不像五星級酒店，再也不會來了！ 🤦🏻♀️🥲

酒店非常好，霞慕尼小鎮上最好的酒店了，隔壁就是可以買票的旅遊中心。酒店的露台房風景絕佳！而且酒店的游泳池是温泉，泡完温泉可以直接桑拿，來住酒店記得一定要帶泳衣，可以看着雪山泡温泉。
