一分都給高了！！！都是積攢出的～
春節返程開長途，中間高速下來休息～看推薦分數還好～就預訂了
到店凌晨兩點左右，辦理入住的前台值班人員還蠻好～服務各方面都OK，印象棒棒的！好嘛～這短短十幾小時的入住完全顛覆了！
首先進入房間，進門地上有小卡片，但整體格局、設施設備還不錯，床頭桌子上有視頻拍的，都是煙灰和灰塵～一想就是臨時休息，也能接受～再接着洗漱台上有長頭髮、淋浴間有煙頭～但想着二半夜了，前台服務也蠻好，礦泉水不夠，還給送了兩瓶，也都過去了～
緊接着，轉折點要來了～開車太累了，我倆人很快睡了，睡的都挺舒服～一睜眼早上八點多了，昨兒入住前台交待早餐“7:00-10:00”～就沒洗漱，直接去餐廳吃早餐，九點到的，不算晚吧～進門服務員問我早餐券，前台入住的時候沒給，就登記了房間號～好嘛！轉了一圈啥都沒有，就這還敢對外營業單獨收費30元/位！
沒吃，到前台想着吐槽下，這才九點鐘，餐廳就沒東西了！這下要命了，前台倆人給我的第一反應是“早餐九點半結束！”（一個制服女生應該是普通員工，另外一個男性應該是領導）倆人異口同聲告訴我～我就告訴他被告知是早餐到10點，好嘛，你們到九點半～也行！這九點都沒東西了，那還到九點半乾嘛？直接到九點不就好了？都投訴了～倆人第一反應是找藉口、理由～這服務行業都這樣了麼？
還沒完，本身就是凌晨入住，當天退房～特意延遲到兩點～一點多前台打電話到房間～説話語氣強硬被告知“一點半之前必須退房！！！”火了！憑啥啊，我延遲退房到兩點！“是兩點離店，但一點半之前要退房！”理論兩句之後，跟我説“那你兩點退吧！”PS.入住交的還有200按金，即使我超時了，你扣錢不就好了！
真的一分都嫌多！！！建議大家避雷！

看評價不錯選擇這家酒店，酒店開業有幾年了，設施保養的還不錯，前台辦理速度快還主動介紹周邊小吃，房間乾淨整潔，床品柔軟舒服，淋浴水壓足水温穩。位置很方便，出門什麼都有，離大小河街和柳葉湖都很近，下次過來常德還住這裏。
