設施：非常新 所有的一切都很舒服裝修環境我都好喜歡，拍照超級出片
環境：拍照的網紅有點多其他蠻好的環境很舒服早餐廳都很棒
服務：要給五星好評的那種，提前有賓客服務加微信安排Carol絲幫我們早班機安排了早一點入住真的很nice了媽媽超滿意，早餐人很多但是服務一點也沒有拖沓真的太滿意

很久沒有寫酒店評價了，現在星級酒店入住體驗其實都挺無聊的，但是長沙柏悦真的是值得一住的酒店，無論是環境、服務、餐飲、地段、設施、衞生都沒得説。Cecili和Winnie的服務特別好，完全是如沐春風賓至如歸的體驗，從入門到大堂所有服務都很温暖且到位。我有備註過紀念日贈送了小蛋糕和客房佈置，早餐也很好吃，而且為了避免排隊大多數熱菜都是點單制。很可惜沒時間吃蕾蘭餐廳，下次來一定會體驗一下。

I had a truly wonderful stay at Park Hyatt Changsha. The room was incredibly comfortable, spotlessly clean, and impressively spacious — perfect for unwinding after a long day. The reception team was warm, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay.
But what truly stood out was the breakfast experience — absolutely phenomenal. It’s not just breakfast; it’s an elevated dining experience. The selection was both premium and extensive, offering a generous buffet spread along with an à la carte menu where every item was freshly prepared. The chefs were attentive, proactive, and genuinely caring — they made the morning feel personal and luxurious.
Service across the board was top-notch. Every staff member we encountered was professional, polite, and committed to ensuring a great stay. Thank you, Park Hyatt Changsha, for the outstanding value and exceptional hospitality. I look forward to returning.

I must say it’s indeed pleasant stay! Hotel staff are warm and professional, rooms are very spacious and clean, and renovated in simple yet elegant style! The dining experience at the hotel was nothing short of extraordinary. We love the buffet breakfast ! The chef is a true culinary master, each course was a masterpiece—an exquisite harmony of flavors and textures. And it enjoys a prime and highly strategic location in the heart of the city，excellent for shopping, eating and leisure!we will definitely choose park Hyatt again for next visit!thank you!
