超大陽台，無敵江景，寬敞洗漱間，充足熱水，舒適床具，便利餐飲，優質前台接待，及時周到服務餐廳和客房服務，優點多多。美中不足的是隔音不好，入住三晚，兩個凌晨被樓道人聲吵醒，還趕上隔壁房間接親，喧鬧。另外，如果乘地鐵拖着行李入住酒店，千萬不能出北辰三角洲地鐵1號口，沿着晴嵐路前往酒店大堂，不然要麼扛着行李爬步行梯，要麼走機動車道，而且是大角度坡，這種通行條件對乘地鐵初次到店的住客很不友好。後來發現可以從文化公園車庫裡找到直梯上到平台，再穿過圍欄縫隙到達酒店大堂。正確的方式是出地鐵2號口，沿平沙路走到北辰薈。如果是商場營業時間到達可進入北辰薈，找到3號電梯門上到L1，此時才能看到通往洲際酒店的提示牌。如果不是商場營業時間到達，就要繼續前行，直到看見扶梯上去，然後沿着平台走到酒店大堂門口。好累人。下次再入住北辰洲際，一定要打車，公交地鐵太麻煩啦。好在酒店有那麼多優點，抵消了不少負面情緒。

硬件一流！早餐的餐食也很棒，洲際大使升了一級，4點退房。美中不足的是退房前幾分鐘，保潔沒有敲門就刷房卡進來了，不想為了這小事毀了我的心情，但這個事情明顯是酒店培訓不足,任何時候，進客人房間簽，都要先敲門

服務非常好，位置也很好，感覺比一線的洲際服務會更周到一些。
在長沙的晚上有點冷，反饋之後還給我送來了暖風機，整個屋子都暖和和的。
收拾衞生的阿姨還特意寫了小卡片，把洗漱用品擺好，看來心情都很美好。
早餐廳的食物沒有太集中，要是能多一些本地特色的早餐就好了。

長沙北辰洲際酒店實際入住體驗後，感覺非常好。酒店安排了湘江觀景房，視野好、江景漂亮，酒店房間很整潔、服務也非常專業。位於湘江邊，晚上在江邊看看夕陽、散散步，非常愜意。樓下就是大悦城，休閑吃飯都非常方便。是一家還會光顧的好酒店！另外，這家酒店的早餐也很棒！
