硬件設施挺新的，員工服務態度也挺好的，入住之前有客服聯繫我，有問題諮詢都耐心講解，給小朋友送了小禮物，如果早餐品種再豐富點會更好，還有最主要的一點，樓下迎賓看着我們大包小包去前台，臉上笑容到位，但也不幫忙一下，我們到柏悦後迎賓都是幫忙行禮拿到房間，之所以給5分，誰掙錢也不易，希望能再接再厲哦！

酒店超級棒，39樓的空中大堂，一邊下午茶一邊欣賞美景，因為帶了寶寶，Diana小姐姐提前給安排了無煙房，特別貼心，躺在酒店床上就能放眼湘江美景一日得變化，心情都是美美的，原本預訂了兩晚，果斷又續住了一晚，退房時Diana小姐姐提前準備了伴手禮，還專門給寶寶準備了禮物，特別感謝。如有機會再來長沙，還會繼續選擇

酒店位置很不錯，離江邊很近，步行15分鐘左右能到漁人碼頭吃小龍蝦。大堂在39層，房間在51層，視野絕佳，夜景很美。房間很大，很乾凈，也有智能控制。酒廊也在51層，很方便，歡樂時光的品種不多，但是味道還可以。酒店服務很好，寄存行李在一樓禮賓，也很方便。去五一廣場附近打車二十分鐘也不算遠。

夜景很美 剛好下午的時候趕上了如果 高層看上去真的很美 還有下午茶很好吃 酒店的服務態度都很好 到酒店會幫你把行李送到房間 退房的時候小姐姐還送了hello Kitty玩偶 很驚喜

跟父母一起來長沙逛的。酒店總體很滿意，符合希爾頓酒店的水準。早餐內容豐富，中西結合，冷熱菜都很多。味道也很好。39層視野很好，尤其是晴天天氣晴朗的時候，讓人感覺很好。

很不錯的酒店 提前工作人員Diana加了我微信，確認一些細節和要求，服務很周到，入住期間有一些需求也都會及時安排，非常好。給我安排升級的房間也是有270度視野，很喜歡這個房型～同時看的**和攜程，攜程便宜很多，金鑽還可以升級房型，定早一個星期看到還有送早餐，就是**可以累計積分吧。還是選擇了攜程 哈哈
