I had the most wonderful stay here and cannot recommend it enough. It’s a great location, rooms are big and clean and all the staff are lovely. It’s the little touches that set my stay here apart from any other. Huge pillow menu, white noise machine, a little card letting you know the weather for tomorrow when they turn your room down. Breakfast is included and you can choose to dine in your room or to visit the buffet. Also every evening there’s a complimentary wine and cheese hour and warm cookies and milk before bed. They’ve really thought of everything!

The hotel was the epitome of southern charm beautiful rooms and quiet elegance. We went to happy hour every day from 5:30 - 6:30 p.m. all included, and we enjoyed their complimentary breakfast daily all included. It is located in the heart of Charleston's French Quarter and within short walking distance from many fine restaurants, the City Market, and several carriage tour operators. One can use the hotel's valet parking service ($44/night) or self park in a garage half a block away for a max of $24/24 hour day

Outstanding, top notch is actually what I would say. I've never seen such hospitality on a hotel trip. Such a beautiful old classic hotel, so very well kept and clean. I could not believe how huge our room was, and I was so impressed that our housekeeping would make constant visits daily to tidy up, replenish our towels and leave little surprises/treats when we came back, even the small flower on the fireplace mantle was a nice touch. That made us feel so special! I could not get enough of the fireplace in our room, it was amazing. There is a small gym on site. Anything we needed, was never an issue; even huge umbrellas because it rained one day. Great location too! Right in the center really, of all walkable attractions and there is not a problem finding a place to eat. The champagne at check in was such a nice welcome, the charcuterie spread in the afternoon, the cookies & milk at night are wonderful and the candy jars buffet is the cutest thing ever! Thank you so much to all the staff and management, you really stood out on this big trip me and my family were on.

This was the nicest hotel experience we have ever had. From the moment we pulled up, the staff was warm, welcoming, and professional. We loved the public spaces and many complimentary services (gourmet breakfast, wine and cheese, milk and cookies along with turndown service, etc.). The location was perfect for a well rounded visit to Charleston. It seemed to be within a 5-10 minute walk of all the main sights. Worth every penny. We were genuinely sad to leave and cannot wait to return.

We ended a 2.5 week road trip from Mississippi up to Niagara Falls, over to Bar Harbor Maine south to stop in Charleston. Not our first trip to Charleston but our first trip to The French Quarter. First-location. Awesome right next to the market and a very short walk to catch a carriage for a tour. Second-they greet you with a flute of champagne. I mean….the hotel is scrumptious!! From the lobby to breakfast bar area, lounge with games, books and movies to the beautifully appointed rooms. We traveled with our adult daughter and the rooms were incredibly spacious. The breakfast layout was incredible and then of course was an afternoon wine and cheese and nighttime dessert. Despite the market next door it was soooo quiet!! Their attention to guests and good rest made for a wonderful final stay before heading home. We will be back!!

From the moment we walked in, we absolutely loved this place! Quaint, centrally located, and very friendly and courteous staff. Included are breakfast, a wine and cheese hour, and a milk, cookie and port wine hour. We will most definitely be back!

Beautiful hotel. Staff was wonderful. Location was perfect. My son loved the milk and cookies reception. I loved everything. We will be back. Charleston is beautiful and this hotel is in the perfect location to explore on foot. Great restaurants and shopping close by.
