What an absolutely perfect place to stay for my Savannah Bananas weekend in Charlotte! Beautiful room and great view from the room, but what truly stood out was the hotel team, especially at the front desk. Welcoming and helpful from the moment I stepped into the hotel to check in and throughout every interaction during my day. There is no doubt I would stay at this property again Next time I need to stay in downtown Charlotte.

10/10 doorman!!! didnt catch his name, but definitely deserves all the praise in the world!- went above and beyond when I left something in my room after checkout to go grab it for me without hesitation. very clean, quiet, and comfortable room and decent breakfast. would highly recommend cacio e pepe from the italian restaurant for dinner. will definitely return if we’re ever in the charlotte area again!

Came in off our flight and we’re checking into the hotel. We had a big miscommunication with our company and Andre was able to help us out. He was calm, cool and collected. He was so patient and so kind and was able to resolve our issue. We appreciated him so much!!!
