The hotel is great, room size is very good and very clean. Breakfast is ok but not great if comparing to those international hotel brand.

Overall service and hospitality were significantly below expectations for a hotel of this caliber. The most serious issue involved our Trip.com booking. When we inquired about the charges related to our 6-night stay, the staff became immediately defensive, repeatedly stating they were not responsible for any third-party charges, and even mentioning a few times to avoid 3rd party platforms as 'they are crazy'. This attitude did not help resolve the matter, and ultimately, I was charged twice for the full stay. The staff's handling of this critical financial issue of a hotel guest created considerable stress and made us feel extremely uneasy and poorly treated throughout our visit.
Furthermore, the breakfast was underwhelming. While the restaurant setting was elegant and comfortable, the food quality felt notably cheap and did not match the hotel's high-class positioning.

Room is on the smaller side but with a good balcony. The decoration and greens in the hotel were incredible. Lots of food and services are available which made our stay quite enjoyable.

Great location - just a street next to the American village, which has a variety of food options nearby and touristy stuff to do!
Amazing breakfast - the hotel offered a few main course as breakfast options complemented with a salad bar. Taste of food was delicious!
Stylist hotel design - the interior of the lobby is very artsy and spacious. The hotel room is nicely furbished with comfy colours and modern designs as well.
Overall I had an amazing stay in there.
