Had a wonderful 3 night stay. Service staff were all very helpful and responsive. Breakfast was good mix of western and local. Rooms were spacious.
It's about 20 mins walk to chunxi road/taikoo li. Many food stalls and restaurants within stone throw away. Ita a gem!

Breakfast was good in chinese buffet style, noodles is nice and chao shou was fresh and great. Have bread and toast, fruits and rice. Location is near to all the tourist attractions. Staff are helpful and kind help to bring the luggage up when we check in. Room was big and spacious. the only thing is there is no lift so you will need to climb the stairs. The conversion from a heritage building is nicely done give a good laid back style in the middle of the city. Really like the feel and concept. Tea reception and tasting which is awesome.

The hotel is really pretty, the noodles for breakfast were good (it's buffet but you can request them), the tea was nice and the staff is kind. On the other hand, although the rooms are good for pictures, they lay out is unpractical. We stayed at the loft room which is nice, but you can't leave your lugagge on the floor without interfiring, the bathroom doors are somewhat see through and you can't even dry yourself inside, it's unconfortamble. There's laundry available 24/7, the dryer doesn't work well, we ran it 3 times and it still wasn't enough, decided to hang our clothes in the room

The hotel was amazing. The room was very clean, spacious, and comfortable. I booked a room with a bath pool, and I enjoyed it every day. Amenities such as coffee pods, bottled water, toothpaste, etc. were refilled daily. The breakfast was very tasty and had good variety. The reception was very responsive, and even though I don't speak Chinese,I didn't have any issues with communication using wechat.
The location was also great, with restaurants and food carts next door, a great coffee place, and some shops that looked more local. It's also walking distance from the very touristic Chunxi street.
I would definitely stay again!

This is an exquisite hotel, quiet and leafy, with well equipped rooms and spotless facilities. The staff is incredibly useful and attentive: our king room had a damp smell and they upgraded us to a suite. We recommend the breakfast, with delicious cooked options (dan dan noodles and wonton were particularly yummy). We’ll come back 100%.
