民宿像個藝術館，青磚土牆，別有一番味道。服務很好，早餐雖然簡單但也很不錯。位置好，到金沙灘玩沙玩水走路最多5分鐘。裏面有散養的小貓，小朋友很喜歡。

餐食滿分：沒想到民宿還包午餐或者晚餐，而且一點不敷衍，可以説別外面的店都要好吃！很驚喜！早餐分量也是很夠的！
環境：説實話看攜程圖我還比較猶豫！感覺沒有拍出真實的美，反而有點拍小氣了！去到了才發現這個民宿好大呀！簡直就是一個大的度假酒店！停車場超大，公共水池超大，户外走廊超大！
房間之前有點擔心採光，是小窗户，後來發現採光是很夠的，因為都是獨棟的建築，周圍花園都是民宿的範圍，私隱性也超棒。
可以説是這個景區最好的民宿了，我覺得有點斷崖式的品質存在，祿充其他民宿都停留在招待所水平！
服務：整體都很好，管家也很專業呀，一點不拉垮
設施：整體都很藝術氛圍，設施都很高級，是中央空調，不對着床，唯一一點不習慣的就是房間洗手枱設計，衹有一個小鏡子要仰着頭看
總結：從定價的性價比來説，這家店很值得回頭再來，裝修的品質是遠超定價的，可以看到老闆是很有實力又很有藝術審美的

民宿位置很好，就在景區內，走路幾分鐘到湖邊。酒店的庭院和房間設計感都十足，房間空調風沒有直吹，細節很到位。停車方便，景區門票可報銷。

撫仙湖祿充風景區最有格調的民宿，極簡工業風，庭院內遠望象山，出門走幾步就到魚洞，如果沒有這家店，鞏怕不會在祿充住宿。餐廳的餐食也很清秀，有一種訂房方式除了包早餐還帶一次正餐，非常好的體驗。

酒店非常捨得把空間留給公區，公區非常有設計感且維護的也很好，很容易拍出高級且好看的照片。房間稍有些小，但是很有特色，備品也是使用的APPELLES，整體來説還是很滿意的。酒店的服務員服務態度也都很棒！推薦推薦！
