This is a first time for my family to travel in China. And I must say that we had wonderful experience. Everything was beyond the expectations especially service. Stuff was so helpful about everything we face as an issue due to the circumstances that we are foreign family first time traveling in China.

The hotel is huge with a big aquirium in the lobby, there is also a giant fantastic outdoor playground (need to add on but price is reasonable) and a free indoor playground. We stayed during weekday and got Free Upgrade to better room with lake view. Buffet breakfast offered a wide variety of food, taste wise is Ok. Services generally good and they let us extend checkout time to 2pm. Kids love it and had a great time staying there!

The hotel is amazing! The staff is very friendly and helpful! Rooms are clean and very nice decoration, kids are very happy there! The manager Daniel speaks English perfect and help us with any problems! We will come back again 👍🏼

感覺跟長隆的房間差不多，但沒有長隆的吵鬧。入住體驗非常絲滑，可能是淡季，我們十一點就入住進來了，非常驚喜。
前台小姐姐012號還免費幫忙升級了房型，看我帶小朋友，又送了樂園門票，非常貼心。
早餐性價比不要太高，種類豐富，味道都很不錯，相對於其他星級酒店動不動幾百的早餐費，這裏價格很良心了。

超級滿意，010號小姐姐免費給我們升級了湖景房，寶貝説比長隆企鵝酒店和熊貓酒店更新更好，價格卻便宜非常多，超級划算！酒店的西餐廳上菜速度有點慢，等了很久，不過漢堡味道很不錯，孩子很喜歡，分量很大，一不小心就點多了。旁邊歡樂世界大馬戲、海豚之家互動都不錯，強推！
