Удобные кровати, чисто, уборка каждый день.
Персонал - вежливый, приятный, отвечает на все вопросы.
Из минусов - нет завтраков, что непривычно после Европы и Азии, но не существенно, так как рядом есть много мест, где можно вкусно поесть.
С удовольствием буду рекомендовать этот отель.

Fabulous room upgrade to a BEAUTIFUL high floor suite. Our concierge, Chad, was helpful, funny, kind, patient, and knowleable!! My friend and I were in town for Lady Gaga and the staff shared our enthusiasm.

Writing this review for Deandre and Jordan at the Virgin Chicago. In summary our rez got mishandled significantly for an important occasion. Won’t go into detail because candidly, management did do their best to do right by us and it’s appreciated. Good times were had in spite of. But BEFORE the solution was found Deandre was the first face the first impression and it was charismatic, professional, friendly and very helpful. Jordan was at the desk and held it together as my wife “unleashed the hounds” nothing out of hand but she was justifiably frustrated. Jordan managed to calm her by expressing empathy and a determination to right a wrong. It was THESE TWO that saved the experience of a birthday celebration months in the making. Life comes with surprises and disappointments- refreshing that someone in HR secured team members who understand customer service. Well played guys. I had a phenomenal birthday! The staff on the roof were extremely accommodating and all parties enjoyed the night.

This beautiful hotel is in perfect location to tour the city of Chicago, which made our visit unforgettable. Hotel was very accommodating to all of our needs from dropping bags early to visiting the roof top for beautiful photos. We will definitely visit again..

Great location, friendly, warm and helpful staff. Awesome options for food and drinks. Clean rooms. The rooftop bar is awesome, be sure to make reservations to sit outside though.
