We truly had a very pleasant stay. The staff treated us very well from our arrival to our departure. Emily escorted us with open arms and a smile to our room, which had more than what we needed, and the pool was very relaxing and inviting (we spent over 2 hours there). In the afternoons and evenings, we enjoyed the surrounding area with its many food options and interesting places that Charlie at the front desk recommended for a coffee or a drink and every single time we left the hotel, Craig would greet us by name. We really enjoyed being in the Zen Suite with its views of the city and sunsets. The entire team worked together to make us feel like VIPs, and we will definitely return as soon as we have the opportunity. Thank you, NOBU team!

When our daughter experienced a last-minute problem with another hotel that was to be the site for her wedding photos, Michelle at Nobu Chicago jumped in and saved the day. Our daughter switched hotels and could not have been happier. Michelle’s responsiveness and gentle reassurances gave our daughter the comfort she needed to be able to relax and look forward to her big day. When she checked out of the hotel on the day after her wedding, she sent me these texts: “The guy (James) who checked us in at the Nobu Friday night was on his way out of the hotel to go home. He was all changed in relaxed clothes and he turned right around to help us carry stuff upstairs.” “The Nobu has been INCREDIBLE ” “This could not have worked out better” My husband and I also experienced the helpfulness of the staff when we arrived with MANY bouquets of flowers that needed to be brought up to the bridal suite. Derrick quickly helped us unload, and promptly got the flowers to the suite. We realize that this is part of his job but he did it with such enthusiasm! That matters! We highly recommend Nobu Chicago!

The best experience I could have ever asked for. Our expectations were completely blown away! From the very moment we checked in, we were treated like the most important guests to check in all day. The drinks and appetizers at the rooftop bar were SO GOOD! So fresh. The room was amazing. View = incredible! The room was immaculate. Ana, Anthony, Thomas, and Gino were all so helpful and so friendly. Breakfast was absolutely delicious! Everything about this stay screamed luxury and elegance with a homey/comfortable feeling. 10/10 will be staying again, and again… AND AGAIN.

We just spent a wonderful Thanksgiving weekend in Chicago. We selected the Nobu Hotel as our base as we decided to stay in the West Loop - Fulton Market area of town. The hotel is very modern and chic! The team is really hospitable, friendly, and very helpful; especially Emily and Gino! It was our first time staying with the brand and will definitely return and explore other locations in their portfolio.

Great West Loop location, hotel has lots of amenities and rooms are very clean. We were greeted immediately by Gino, who took amazing care of us and made us feel extremely welcome during our entire stay. Nobu restaurant food and service continues to be top notch.
