1、酒店位置特別好，在奇平卡姆登的中心地區，旁邊有個公共停車場，停車也很方便。但導航時候一定注意地址，同地區有另外一家酒店前面的名字是一樣的。
2、我到的這天，酒店臨時告知我的房間有點問題，所以把我轉去了郊外另一家更高級的酒店，確實環境和設施更好一些。

Al lovely olde worlde hotel in a gorgeous Cotswold village. Nice rooms, good water pressure, proper cocktails, nice meeting areas small but pleasant spa with pool, and lovely restaurant. But what makes it stand out is that it has the nicest, smiliest staff imagineable. Highly recommended.

We recently stayed here for 2 nights. There village the hotel is situated in is absolutely beautiful. There were a number of bars/restaurants just across the road from the hotel. There are a few shops to browse in. The hotel itself is lovely. Could maybe do with a little touching up of paint in a few areas. But it's an old building with a lot of character. Our room was huge. With a massive bed and the deepest bath we had ever seen. The bed was comfy and the room nice and warm. We only ate breakfast in our hotel as they weren't serving evening meals whilst we were there. The breakfast was lovely. A choice of 3 or 4 cereals, fruit salad and pastries. There was a good selection on the hot breakfast menu. Our first morning we had full English. The next morning I had poached eggs on toast, my husband boiled eggs with soldiers. The eggs were cooked perfectly. We used the pool on both days, it was lovely and warm and not too crowded. We found all the staff to be pleasant and helpful. We would definitely return.

Great location . Beautiful grounds . Lovely pubs and restaurants in high st Only 25mins drive to Stratford The bedroom was lovely. Very comfortable bed . Great views Breakfast was really nice except i had full english . Got 1 sausage. 1 piece of bacon and half a mushroom ( where did the other half go ! ) only had white or brown toast . No sourdough. And when i ask for a cappuccino i was told “ its £4 extra “ we paid £150 per night , would expect free coffee and more than half a mushroom and 1piece of bacon Restaurant staff really nice as was the bartender. Reception staff ok . Every day I passed reception i said “ hi how are you “ they said fine , not one person in 2 days asked “ how are you , how is your stay “ on leaving no one said good by or asked how our stay was ( busy on the phone ) Overall we had a great time . Lovely hotel and great location. Would definitely come back

This is a very elegant, smart hotel and excellent value. The service is impeccable, and my room was outstanding - number 5, very large, enormous bed and a gorgeous deep bath. If I had to make a criticism it would just be that the decor and lighting in the bar is rather lacking in atmosphere, and also, it would be a good idea to offer some bubble bath in the rooms - it’s not something one can buy travel size bottles of to bring with you and what’s a bath without it? Thank you for a lovely stay.

Unkind dismissive reception staff It’s so sad to write this review but having spent a week back and forth trying to get answers because I booked though Agoda for two superior double/twin rooms to celebrate my 50th birthday with my family, the hotel were in dispute about the rooms that had been booked. They stated that two x “cosy” rooms had been booked through the Agodo platform even though I and also Agoda evidence to the contrary that this was not the case. I had contacted them to request that one of the rooms be a twin to accommodate my young adult daughters. However, the operations manager at the hotel stated that the rooms were too small for this, as I had booked the cheapest rooms. Neither party would concede and I was left in the dark; in a stale mate situation with innumerable phone calls and WhatsApp chats….Eventually culminating in one of the reception staff being rude and dismissive which left me shaken and so upset. Throughout this process, the operations manager stated several times that he would contact me but he left my messages unanswered. I have now cancelled my booking. I think since visiting 20 years ago, the hotel has become a victim of its own success, complacently relying on its name. As such, I question whether or not they really value their guests…I don’t think that they do.

Having worked here many years ago I was really looking forward to returning. Not much had changed except the staff had become so much less welcoming. Apart from the wonderful waitresses we found it had become just a bit "stuck up". The barman was pretty unfriendly, the guy who checked us out barely had a word except for a passing thank you. The hotel was just pretty characterless. It was as if they had decided to go up market but had forgotten to tell the staff to be nice.. Unfortunately what ruined our stay entirely was the fact that they have no double beds. if you, like us, want a double bed all the beds are single mattresses zipped together on 2 single bed frames. Unfortunately ours hadn't been pushed together and was without doubt one of the worst nights sleep we'd had in quite a while. The bedroom needed just a bit of TLC - it looked tired. The evening's menu was OK except that the cheapest steak and chips started at £39. My wife had the Fillet at £47 and it just wasn't worth it. When a fillet steak at Marco Pierre white in London is the same price you know you are being ripped off! We left feeling massively disappointed in that apart from the lovely waitresses there was absolutely nothing to return for..
