Leonardo Laura Beach & Splash Resort

Not a lot outside the hotel , but there was a bus station which the hotel provided the numbers of which buses were needed, we went to Paphos old town, harbour, and mall. Hotel staff were efficient, always cleaning etc , maid did a good job daily , one of the staff Thekla who seemed to be working all day every day was fantastic with our 9 year old son , he loved her and called her Cyprus nanna ! Such a happy , friendly lady, considering the amount of hours she was working in the heat! Rooms were great , balcony view was lovely (pool and sea view) mini fridge with water topped up daily , maid cleaned it every morning and was friendly when we saw her. Value for money is good , we went all inclusive (red band , didn't upgrade to gold) Plenty to choose from on drinks package and food, all your usual all inclusive food at breakfast, cereal, bread, cheese and cold meats , pastry's, fry up etc . Pools were all clean , slippy around them but same in every country,( shiny tiles next to a pool lol ) Day time activities, we only did the last day , noodle aerobics , which was fine , we were out and about most of the week. Evening entertainment was your usual all inclusive entertainment, fine for kids ,mini disco etc my son enjoyed the parrot show and fire show. We did the zoo booked through the rep in resort, and really enjoyed the lemur experience (5€ each, cash only on the day) We also did the wave dancer boat trip (BBQ half day) that was brilliant, food and drink are included in the price , one swim stop , the staff were vigilant when a lady was struggling they were straight there with the life ring and pulled her in . No problem she was fine . Take cash as they take photos on the boat and although they take card the signal is obviously hard work at sea. We managed to pay with our phones just as we docked. We did both escape rooms in the hotel , both discounted for people staying at the hotel, we really enjoyed them and did struggle considering they were meant to be 5 out of 10 for difficulty. Lady takes photos at the end. The mall has some good shops , worth a walk around , we didn't need anything but did get a couple of small bits from the famous shop Jumbo! (Bit like Poundland / b&m but bigger!) Went for an ice cream at tea for two at the harbour (opposite the I love Paphos sign) enjoyable and was roughly 20€ for 2 x ice cream sundaes , a milkshake and 2 X waters

Very nice and clean place, we are very enjoyed , the location near the sea, a lot of drinks and food. The restaurant little italy in the hotel was the best ! It was a very good pizza we ever eaten. The service was excellent, and the manager CRISTINA was kind and helpful

Just back from an 11 night stay. Was a bit wary over the mixed reviews but honestly cannot fault this place in anyway!! Bedrooms We had a room looking over the sea and pools. This is a must. As the others look over the main road. Modern decor and inside the room with a tv with English channels for the kids. Nice warm working showers. Hairdryer in draw but no mirror near it, do bring a small one. Air con works but make sure you keep door and curtains shut all day. Food Excellent choice everyday, English brekky everyday. Pancakes for the kids. Pizza available virtually all day long!! Chips, chicken/beef kebabs, hot dogs, burgers, salads, ice cream, deserts available from poolside bars up until about 5pm. You won’t come home hungry from this place! We never ate in the restaurants so can’t comment on them. Entertainment Your usual low quality kids acts etc. not a lot to else to say really Few activities throughout the day if you want. Football, beer bong, volleyball, pool games etc Bars You can upgrade to get premium spirits but not really worth it. Done cocktails arnt included in all Inclusive like Mojitos and Pina coladas. Nice coffee bar next to Little Italy restaurant does lush ice coffees all included. Beer is your usual gassy beer. Pools/waterpark 2 good sized pools to use, was never too over crowded. Your NOT aloud large ‘swan’ type inflatable in there though, even though they sell them in shop. Smaller inflatables are ok. The water park had about 6 Adrenalin slides all good fun and managed by the life guards, never too busy either. 2 smaller play waterparks for the little kids to go on. Sunbeds! You’ll never struggle to get one, if you don’t mind them on the grass. If you want them by the pool I suggest getting up about 7am and put towels on to get the ones you want. Area Not a lot around hotel. Best supermarket is called J&R. If you turn right out of hotel and it a 3 minute walk and stocks everything. And similar prices to UK. Bus into Pathos harbour is right outside hotel. You’ll need to take 2 buses and costs 2 euro on each bus for adults and 2 euro for kids. Our family of 3 cost a total 20 euro to get there and back. Taxi would be around 30 euro. Overall a fantastic stay, we didn’t have one issue with anything or anyone. Top holiday and will be back.

Super top Place with attentive nice friendly and professional staff from housekeepings to reception guest relations managers , barman and restaurants with all managers , as I am I'm Rome...hotel manger , I can say it :) impossible to mention all names but very glad to share some photos

The hotel was clean and good food, unfortunately as we went the last week in October the hotel was at end of season. The day we were leaving the hotel was literally closing Infront of our eyes. Food was limited the pools were limited and the splash park was not open. Considering what the holiday cost I find this unacceptable.
