酒店地理位置十分便利，停車場車位較多，到酒店大堂服務員特別熱情接待，主動問好～服務意識強，特別是珊珊的服務態度真的説不的熱情！前台的小姐姐還給我免費升級！周邊吃的也是蠻多，味道也是棒～是大家商務休閑必不可少休息站

前段時間入住金科酒店，體驗極差。一到前台，辦理入住手續的工作人員態度冷淡，全程面無表情，詢問一些基本問題也是愛答不理，毫無熱情和耐心。
入住後，房間裏的設施出現了一些小問題，我打電話給客房服務，結果等了一個多小時才有人來處理，維修人員來了之後也是一副不耐煩的樣子，感覺是我打擾到他了。
更讓人氣憤的是退房時，他們居然以一些莫名其妙的理由扣錢，説房間物品有損壞，可我入住期間根本沒有動過那些東西，明顯就是想靠這種方式賺錢。跟他們理論，工作人員不僅不認真核實，還態度強硬，完全沒有解決問題的誠意。
這次在金科酒店的經歷真的太糟糕了，服務態度差到極點，還想着各種辦法從客人身上撈錢，以後絕對不會再來，也會勸身邊的朋友慎重選擇。

酒店位置不錯，旁邊就是漢豐湖，風景很好，客房硬件設施齊全，但是有一説一，工作人員服務水平和管理水平太差。我們是10月6號入住的，下午五點多去洗衣房自助洗衣，結果發現三桶洗衣液有兩桶是空的，還有一桶是兑了半桶清水，可見酒店至少有半個月沒有檢查洗衣房設施了。向大堂反映了這個情況，工作人員表示會幫我們把衣服洗好、烘乾後送到客房。結果等到晚上十點，送來的是濕衣服，並未烘乾，原因是“工作人員不會使用烘乾機”。基本的設備操作都培訓不到位，對客人敷衍了事。總結起來八個字——金玉其外 敗絮其中。

酒店硬件還是不錯的，衹是在辦理入住時發生了一些不愉快的事，但酒店和攜程官方都反應比較快，能及時糾正補救，服務態度很好，本人挺滿意的。下次出差還會選這酒店，這種服務值得信賴。
