It’s an outdated hotel. Everything is kinda falling apart. It’s beautiful but needs some updates to become a great hotel. A lot of potential, needs some TLC. Hope they will renovate soon, would love to come back.

Good:
1. Get a closed contact with Red Pandas, really impressive and bring a great experiences for us, especially there was a Red Panda morning call visiting to your room.
2. In the package, quite good it is included two days pass of Zoom and Amusement Parks, but amusement parks there are lots of facilities were closed, probably, it may open in weekend.
Improvement:
3. In the toiles in the room had some odor all the time
4. The design of the room is not really matching about the themes of Red Panda.
