The hotel is a bit far from downtown, so taxis can be hard to find. However, it’s surrounded by a lake and mountains with stunning views. The amenities are slightly dated but well maintained, and the large, clean pool is a highlight. The restaurant serves excellent food and the staff are very friendly—perfect for a quiet getaway.

房間乾淨衞生，挺大的，風景很好，適合躺平休息，躺在躺椅上看着窗外的山水很舒適。酒店位置比較偏僻，需要自駕前往，停車也還方便，沒遇到停車位不夠的情況。早餐挺豐盛的，但是味道一般吧，希望能改進。

房間徒有其表，細節卻很差。
房門的隔音效果不行，人在外面説話聽得一清二楚，住了兩晚都是晚上十二點才安靜，早上六點就有聲音了。牆體的隔音效果也不行，隔壁小孩大人説啥聽的一清二楚。
遮光簾設計的也有問題，早上陽光直射，光就透進來了。
位置很偏僻，附近也沒什麼吃的，酒店餐廳味道差價格高，上菜慢服務態度還不好，食材也不新鮮，魚湯像是勾兑的，仔排像是放了很久用了很多的調味料醃過，避雷吧

從第一晚的綠城到第二晚住進千島湖最裡麪的返里，由失望到驚喜，雖然位置有點偏，湖面沒有那麼開闊但勝在安靜，人少，陽台外也有一片美麗的湖景，前台主動免費幫我們升級了影院泡泡家庭房，並沒有要求客人要好評才給升級哦，早餐居然有3份，這也是很意外，而且品種也不少，自駕的寶寶還是比較推薦的。

酒店總體來説還是挺不錯的，房間超級大，定的親子家庭房有60平方，還有個超大的湖景陽台，房間內有一個很大的泡澡池，小朋友室內玩水也是非常愜意，家庭房有兩張床一張2米特大床，一張1.35米雙人床，我們2大2小住的剛剛好，酒店內的室外泳遊池很乾凈，水質不錯，更衣室衞生巾都很乾凈，還有小童遊樂場，沙地挖沙，跟小影音室（一天播放兩本電影）健身房也挺大的，早餐品種不多，但是能吃，酒店的點菜很驚喜，怪好吃的，價格也合理，返里位置比較偏，離市區25分鐘車程，可以多帶點零食水果，還會再來玩的

第二次去，這次是暑假，也許是人多，前台也換了個男的業務生疏，溝通也死板，一點多到説房間沒打掃完要等四十分鐘，兩點去問又説要等四十分鐘，快三點才入住。服務比第一次差遠了。其他都還是可以的。泳池很乾凈，娃玩得很開心。

酒店在千島湖一個寧靜的角落，適合泡酒店，房間很寬敞，無邊泳池正對湖面，還有一個小童池有滑梯和下午的泡泡，小童樂園那裡可以給游泳圈充氣，小動物有小羊兔子松鼠孔雀，可以自己帶胡蘿蔔菜葉喂，3天2晚小朋友玩的很開心，附近沒啥吃的，吃了兩天酒店，味道還不錯的，前台服務也熱情，送了手工麪
