Hotel is located next to the lake with excellent views. Rooms are very big and clean. Staff are very friendly and supportive. Being a foreigner, language was a problem, however they supported us well, helped us in arranging for vegetarian dishes for dinner which wasn’t in the menu. So many facilities to enjoy and spend good time with family like small animal zoo, indoor and outdoor play areas, swimming pool etc., Food is so tasty and cost js very reasonable.

這是我們湖景房的視野，是我近幾年來住過最臟最差最破的酒店，房間移門的縫縫裡都是蟲子屍體、窗簾發黴、門外過道的天花板發黴掉牆皮，户外泳池邊都是臟東西，要租賃的水槍都結蜘蛛網，房間隔音效果特別差，凌晨一兩點樓上一幫子人在玩桌遊聽的清清楚楚，就這竟然還要1000多一晚
酒店服務態度挺好，但住宿環境差到影響了這次千島湖旅遊的整體感受

設施：房間設施略舊，一樓親子房有個小院子，但來來回回會有人經過略吵。五樓風景最好，整體是下沉似的，風景非常好
衞生：衞生很乾凈，室內室外泳池還有遊樂場都很乾凈
環境：豪華湖景房能看到湖景，陽台略小，可晾曬衣服，視野比較開闊
服務：服務非常好，樑阿姨每天都會用毛巾疊成不同的小動物，還給小盆友特意送了小禮物，打掃得非常乾淨整潔，給五星好評！！！！
萌寵樂園裡有出生才幾天的小羊羔，希望飼養員可以多多的給小黑羊喂吃的，因為它總是被其他兩衹羊欺負，孩子喂不到草直着急，怕它受欺負餓着吃不飽，特意第二天又去看了小黑，飼養員阿姨很好還特意拿了一包草給孩子喂小黑。希望下次去看小黑可以不再受欺負了

北京自駕遊走皖浙天路旅途路過千島湖旅遊，在攜程網訂的開元度假村，體驗一些開元服務。
設施：度假村酒店屬於老酒店了，客房衞生間還是九十年代的設定，浴盆拉簾子。床墊太軟，床還晃動。
衞生：店內大堂、走道，餐廳衞生很乾凈，客房有待提升。
環境：度假村面積很大，院內景色很美，進出度假村道路很遠，有接駁車轉運客人。
服務：餐廳服務熱情周到，客房保潔阿姨很有禮貌，管家服務非常棒，這方面必須f點贊餃子！

在春暖花開的季節，適合踏春遊湖，打開攜程貨比三家，千島湖開元度假村，在淡季出遊性價比最高，5星級度假村坐落在麒麟半島三面環湖，能欣賞到無敵湖景，有國際頂尖建築師設計師規劃，高端大氣上檔次，一下車，門僮就微笑歡迎我們的到來，前台也微笑接待了我們，還免費給我的房間升級，由觀景房升到觀湖房，讓我喜出望外，太棒了，還給我配了管家，一個從泰州來的甜美小菇涼，叫丫丫-7576，也非常熱情周到，有求必應，這裏要感謝一下她，對她的服務很滿意，酒店很乾凈衞生，早餐的花樣品種非常的豐富，味道也好極了，最喜歡她的現磨粗糧飲，紅棗桂圓飲，喝一杯美容又養顏，哈哈，在那裡入住有賓至如歸的感覺，在酒店的沙灘上就可以欣賞到日出日落，非常的棒，退房時還送了平安喜樂大禮包，高興而來滿意而歸，非常滿意這次入住體驗，下次還會光顧的。

酒店很適合帶小朋友一起度假旅行
酒店裡有室內室外泳池，夏天室外泳池小朋友一定會玩瘋了吧。
酒店整體裝修真的很度假風，室外有大水景，雕塑…而且一直飄來花香，恍惚間感覺到了三亞。
室外森森運動場是一個無動力樂園，可玩性和豐富程度吊打很多公共樂園，樹屋，滑索，攀爬，沙坑，平衡木，蹦床等等豐富又好玩。
室內樂園汽車小鎮類似奈爾寶，整整兩層非常豪華。退房這天吃好早飯，小朋友又去玩了一上午，小朋友開心，媽媽也可以在房間安心理行李
萌寵樂園可以投喂小動物，可以近距離接觸互動，小羊駝和小鹿都很乖。還有小鳥，小羊，小兔子，小馬很多小動物。
酒店有一片沙灘，小朋友玩沙，看日落，誰還分的清是湖邊還是海邊
沙灘邊延伸出去一個半島，在那邊看日落，超美
晚上七點，沙灘開始篝火晚會，圍繞着篝火，和森森bobo蹦蹦跳跳不亦樂乎
早餐也很豐富，大人小朋友都能找到愛吃的，門口簽到，領位竟然有序，節假日人多，稍微會排一會兒隊，工作人員很貼心的給小朋友們帶來玩具安撫
下午會送上水果，童阿姨特別熱情説有事可以打8888，結果真的派上了用場，爸爸把香蕉吃了，寶寶嗷嗷哭，打電話向酒店求助，童阿姨很快的拿來了香蕉，看寶寶哭個不停，特地又送來了小餅乾和酸奶。
辦理入住後管家雯雯幫我們把行李都拿上去，帶我們去房間，很貼心的給我們兩天行程安排，有事找每次都秒回，有求必應。
