Room safe in room, coffee maker, mini fridge, in room recycling, two metal, reusable water bottles, iron and board. Robes. Shower and bath. Body wash, shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, nail file, comb, sewing kit, cotton swabs, makeup remover, makeup mirror, hairdryer. Bathroom nightlight. Fitness room: 3 bicycles, 3 treadmills 2 ellipticals, a gauntlet, and Lifefitness weight machines. Moderate corridor & connecting door noise. Some noise from outside especially on North side which is a little over a block from the Main Street. Minimal (some would say none) restaurants within walking distance.

Would return any chance I could. Restaurant was excellent. Convenient connection to Clinic was important. Room was well-appointed and extremely comfortable. Bathroom was spacious and offered both a walk-in shower and bathtub. Front Desk staff was courteous, friendly and helpful.

Intercontinental has been my favorite where I travel to. Intercontinental Cleveland provides comfort for families when they visit patients.

Beautiful lobby atmosphere; upgraded to a suite as an IHG rewards member. Nice room, comfortable bed and pillows. Spacious bathroom and great shower. Too bad we checked in relatively late and were only in town for one night.

Loved it!!! Great quality. That room allowed me to relax while my spouse spent the night n the hospital after.surgery. I will be back if there is ever another hospital stay.
