Omni Hotel at the Battery Atlanta

What a fantastic stay. The Omni hotel at the battery has amazing staff, a fabulous view and incredible property. The staff here goes above and beyond to make your stay phenomenal. If you have ever had a bad stay experience it was NOT here. They treat you like your best family members. The view of the battery and Truist park is second to none especially with the rooftop pool! It doesn’t get more convenient than this to the battery and its assortment of restaurants and bars. Will definitely be back!

Omni Hotel at The Battery is top notch. Staff is amazing, welcoming, and friendly. They went above and beyond making sure my stay while celebrating my birthday was extra special. My room had an amazing view of The Battery and Truist Park. I’ll always remember this and how special they made me feel. I’ll be staying again!

I am absolutely amazed at the kindness and understanding of the staff I worked with at Omni Battery Atlanta. Molly was exceptional! She and her supervisor went above and beyond to provide comfort and assistance during a situation that was beyond our control. We will stay with this specific hotel for as long as we continue to visit Atlanta. 10/5 stars

We came to stay at the Omni for the weekend and flew in for the Braves series with our child and met my brother and his son for what we hoped would be an epic trip for the kids. We paid about $1100 per night for one small two queen room with park view. We got home from games each night about 10 pm with two 5 year olds and then our nightmare began. The music from the nightclubs at the base of the hotel was so loud it was thumping and vibrating our room on the 11th floor. We couldn’t even hear each other talk. It was as if we were in a torcher chamber. We were all exhausted and even with earplugs/earpods and sound machines it wasn’t touchable. The kids were crying begging to turn it off bc you literally could not sleep. IT WENT ON BOTH NIGHTS UNTIL 2AM! We called the front desk and went down there multiple times to be told so sorry but nothing they could do. You are the Omni corporation - you’re going to tell me you can’t turn down the music for 8 people listening to this DJ at this club right now which risk you losing hundreds of customers forever and thousands of dollars? Like how are you selling hotel rooms with the point to sell a place to sleep when that one most important thing ISN’T available? It ruined the whole weekend bc we were all so exhausted we couldn’t function the next day to enjoy the games we paid thousands of dollars for tickets to see! It’s honestly diabolical the Omni is okay with this type of service and situation and I know tons of others were all complaining too and staff said this is how it is every weekend! I felt catfished and I have PTSD. When we spoke to the manager the next morning bc a refund or discount was absolutely appropriate which was what the staff who came up and heard the noise and agreed the night before and instructed us to do -he was a nice guy but said the only thing he could do was a free future night at any Omni. Meaning I’d have to stay there and pay for room for other nights to use it. When you pay $1100 a night for a room you should expect to at least be able to sleep in it. That’s not too much to ask. Go stay at the Sheraton down the street.
