A wonderful surprise at every turn! Very relaxing and peaceful! Staff was very responsive to every need. Spa was exceptional as were the fitness classes! Unparalleled experience!

My husband and I spent 4 nights at the resort in celebration of our Golden Wedding anniversary. The place is really beautiful, with that gorgeous view of the red Garden of the Gods rocks with Pikes Peak and the Rockies in the background. Our Club room was huge, clean, quiet and very comfortable. Having room service breakfast on the patio was just blissful. As an elderly couple, we didn’t partake in the many recreational possibilities like golf, tennis, fitness and excursions that are offered, but loved swimming in the Infinity pool while taking in that view, and eating at the restaurants. We would come here again.

My wife and I celebrated our anniversary at the resort and were extremely happy with our entire experience. We were recognized for our anniversary and the food, service, spa and staff were amazing. Highly recommend

The casita was lovely and comfortable and perfect. Service was solid but not outstanding. I got voicemail multiple times during my stay when trying to reach front desk, concierge, and dining. I would much rather be put on hold than get voicemail. The one time I left voicemail, I never received a call back. Our dinner at Grand View was a lovely setting and great service. But the food was mediocre. Rubbery steak, bland soup, and chalky ice cream. In-room breakfast was lukewarm and took much longer (an hour) than they estimated (25-30 minutes). And the smart TV with Google Cast... The casting service doesn't work. We spent an hour trying to get it to work, even calling the tech support number on the screen, and they were flummoxed, as well. Turns out when we asked the front desk about it, they said it doesn't work anywhere at the resort. Wait, what?! I wasted an hour on a tech issue for a service that doesn't work even though the TV says it does? We had a lovely experience at the spa. And the resort location can't be beat.

These rooms are so spacious, with comfortable beds, so clean, friendly and accommodating staff and wow! The view!! We travel a lot for work and have stayed in some pretty nice luxury hotels and this one is one of our favorites. If you need something just ask them! They were so helpful. My only complaint was the coffee. We didn’t love the expresso machine in the room instead of a coffee pot. They did bring a microwave to our room though. That was so helpful! If we’re ever back to Colorado Springs we will be staying here again.

We were traveling thru Colorado and decided we would stop to see the Garden of the Gods. After researching, we were pleased to find this property close by. The resort exceeded our expectations in every way. The view at sunrise from our balcony will not be forgotten.
