My husband and I recently stayed here for the Sonic Temple festival in Columbus. We didn’t want to stay at one of the partnership hotels because we wanted a little bit more peace and quiet. This hotel ended up being absolute perfection. The Joseph is located on High Street in downtown Columbus, where there is lots of fabulous local shops and the food options are absolutely incredible. We also found that apparently many of the people playing at the festival chose to stay at this hotel as well and, not name no names, but let me just say that RZ and SMZ truly are “more human than human”… And that was an absolutely unexpected treat of this trip! Also, I have to give a major shout out to housekeeping. We travel a lot, and I have never seen a housekeeper come to my room with a vacuum cleaner. They usually have those roller brush things that kind of pick up the lint, but our housekeeper had an actual vacuum cleaner. That level of attention to detail for the cleanliness of guests rooms is huge and I appreciate it so very much. And please make sure while you were there that you have breakfast at Soul with Kymberlee and in the evenings make sure you hit happy hour and get a drink made by Ed. It will totally make your entire day so much better as they are the most fabulous way to start and end your day. For the in between times, if you have any questions, concerns, or other needs, there is a lovely gentleman named Blair in the lobby who is more than happy to help. Thank you Blair, you’re a gem! We had an absolutely great time at this hotel and I can’t wait to come back next year.

Wonderful stay from start to finish. Clean and comfortable rooms, seamless customer service, and great food at soul bar. A true gem of a hotel in Columbus!
