From the beginning, the Cellars-Hohenort went above and beyond for us. The staff, management and property are exceptional. Nestled at the base of Table Mountain, this property offered a quite reprieve from the hustle and bustle of Cape Town. Breakfast was delicious with a variety of dishes being offered and a continental spread available for starters. We will definitely come back and stay at this lovely hotel!

I had Birthday Morning Tea at Cellars on a Sunday morning, as they only do Afternoon / High tea at the weekends and it was Divine. Beautiful setting, great vegetarian food choices, wine on arrival, tea with every course or coffee and really helpful and friendly staff. The food was delicious and it was a perfect Birthday outing.

When we tried to increase our lunch table booking from 7 to 10 - we were advised we were obliged for R795 per head. Quite unacceptable. We await our full deposit that was paid when we booked early November.

Fabulous hotel in the lovely Constantia area of Cape Town. Felt like a million miles away from the city but only a few miles away. Very peaceful and tranquil setting in a leafy area within beautiful grounds. Accommodation excellent, beautiful breakfast selections, wonderful evening meal. Staff could not do enough for you. Choice of 2 swimming pools ! Highly recommended. Would of loved to stay longer.
