The Quay Hotel and Spa

What a wonderful hotel , me and husband loved it . The room was beautiful and great. The staff so helpful and friendly. The location is just stunning. I would happily stay at this hotel again

Beautiful hotel in gorgeous surroundings Breakfast was great Didn’t have chance to use facilities due to restrictive times that you could use as a guest Nothing was open in the surrounding area but it was lovely to walk down the beach area Lovely wedding venue

This was our wedding venue and it could not have been better we loved every minute. The venue and location is beautiful, the food was delicious and the staff were so accommodating they couldn’t do enough for us. Our guests had a great time. The perfect wedding venue in our opinion and we’re looking forward to staying there again :)

Overnight stay with my sister to celebrate her birthday. From the moment we stepped in, everyone was so warm and welcoming and genuinely appeared to be so happy to be at work and it was busy there. Spa treatments had been booked in advance. My sister has stayed previously and all staff recalled her name and asked after our mum who has stayed in the past with my sister- it was as if I was there with royalty. All staff were warm and welcoming and nothing was too much trouble. The spa is a must! So peaceful and tranquil with so much on offer. Big shoutout to Maddy and Sofia in the spa who did our treatments of facial and full body massage they were totally amazing. We did not want the therapy to stop- it was so relaxing. Maddy also did a skincare workshop with us on our first day which was again absolutely wonderful- she completed a skin consultation with us, we tried different products which ultimately informed which products to use on the facial that we had booked for the following day. Thanks also to Emily in the spa for looking after us and also to Katy the spa manager who asked about mum. In the restaurant, again, staff were warm and welcoming and Ana was a star . We stayed in a suite with estuary views and the accommodation was very clean and comfortable. I rarely write reviews but you sincerely will not be dissapointed with your stay here. Thanks to the staff also for the birthday card for my sister- a small gesture that meant a lot

Well what can I say here but truly a gem, one of the greatest hotels I’ve had the experience in coming to, the staff here very attentive, respectful and work so hard in making sure everyone stay is special, from the front of house staff to the back of house the guys you do not see in the background you truly do work hard and amazingly to make this hotel one of the best! The food is exceptional with the long list section of wines beers from the bar. The waiting staff and especially Antonio such professionalism and great knowledge of wines, thank you all for such an amazing experience
