Residence Inn Cork

Lovely hotel. Nice and clean the a good breakfast. Perfect location for the city centre. Would stay again.

We love our stay at the hotel very much. The location was ideal for walking, the room was beautiful, large and clean. The front desk staff were super nice and helpful. Very kids friendly atmosphere too.

I spent two weeks at this hotel and it was a very positive experience. We arrived early on day 1, and while our room wasn't ready, the staff made it clear they would do what they could get to use into a room as soon as possible and encouraged us to take advantage of their lovely breakfast buffet while we waited. It was the first example of the great care they would take of us. The hotel is quite new and is in a perfect location for exploring the city, hitting the most popular restaurants and even walking to/from the train station. Without exception, the team were helpful, friendly and engaging. We were in/out frequently and were always welcomed back with a smile. If we were down a few minutes late for breakfast, a few sausages would appear from the kitchen so we would go hungry. And the hotel is a bit of the best of two worlds - it shares a gym and laundry (yes!) with the Moxie hotel, so you have access to their bar and dining space during your stay as well. If I'm ever back in Cork City, there is only one place I'll stay.

We stayed for four days, and everything was just great. The room was clean, well accommodated and spacious, which is something that is hard to find in Europe. The breakfast was awesome and the staff (most notably Gisele and Svenja) were friendly and very helpful. On top of all that, the hotel was conveniently located, near tons of shopping, restaurants and entertainment. I would strongly recommend staying here to anyone traveling to this area.
