Love the new renovated dinning area and bars. Room was an antique design but renovated into a cozy place with a fully equipped bathroom amenities (there's an elderly handrail placed in the shower which I love). Breakfast was excellent quality and kinda variety.

Wonderful historic hotel. We had a lovely corner room. The issues (given its age) were a lack of plugs, and it was cold. The radiators in the room did not work. We heard other guests complaining. Hopefully they can fix this by the Winter Olympics! Staff was excellent. The restaurant was very good.

Excellent location, we had a great view of the Dolomites from our balcony. Tyrolian charm, spa and sauna were great, service was excellent and so was breakfast.

We loved this hotel in Cortina. The location is perfect for walking, catching the lift, or relaxing in their extensive garden. It is quiet with ample parking which we appreciated. We used the spa every night and many nights had the entire space to ourselves. We really enjoyed the extensive breakfast buffet and yummy cappuccinos. There are so many seating areas so if weather is not perfect, you can find a comfy seat in one the many living areas. The staff are really kind and hospitable. Our room had a view and we enjoyed watching some of the construction taking place for the 2026 Winter Olympics.

Reception service was excellent but dining staff was touch and go. Rooms are very small and showing their age. There is no AC so you need to open windows to cool down in the evening. Unless you’re in a corner room, there is little cross ventilation. Moreover it noisy! Even though this is a small town, the hotel sits on an intersection and, with the windows open, you hear the cars and people walking and talking. Note that while the hotel has a 4 star rating, it is because of services offered and not a “luxury rating.” We stayed in Cortina at a 3s star hotel nearby which was far nicer but had no restaurant for dinner, which seems to be the deciding factor.
