El servicio fue excelente, las instalaciones muy buenas. Se hecho de menos zumo de naranja natural en los desayunos y jamon serrano en las cenas, para ser un hotel de 5 estrellas joia.
Pero en general muy bien, tienen varios detalles como bombones, licor......

Just returned from our third stay at El Mirador, our second visit this year, with undoubtedly many more to come. This time, we had the opportunity to meet the wonderful Tiziana, who personally assigned our room ahead of our trip. We are starting to feel like family with the wonderful Roberto at the bar and Orlando by the pool welcoming us back like old friends. Overall service is second-to-none, with staff anticipating your every need. Special shout-out to Amilkar at breakfast - the omelette chef with the mostest - and Lucia at the spa for one of the best massages I have ever had. Heaven help you if you don't like it here - El Mirador is class all the way.

Amazing hotel and staff. Always do welcoming and remember you after each visit . Reception with Antonio, Carlos and Rita most helpful especially when my internet in the hotel would not work. Seeing the proud dad Orlando was wonderful and he is outstanding at his job around the pool. Always ready to move the umbrella when needed. The staff serving around the pool , although a lot were new embraced it well . Re breakfast always a highlight with Besek and Letitia and Yoiry. Always wonderful . The housekeeping staff are sometimes forgotten but they did a great job of our room and the turndown service aswell. Finally Tiziana, the assistant manager is truly remarkable at her job , juggling everything, Thankyou we will be back Micaela and Alex

Absolutely stunning hotel. Fantastic swimming pool. Twin room with balcony was stunning. Breakfast was amazing and omelettes were great. Evening meal was very good plenty of choice, but on some occasions not a lot of vegetables. Different entertainment every night. Not much choice of beer mainly lagers.

My husband and I spent 9 nights here in September. It was a wonderful experience from start to finish. Total luxury! Beautiful grounds, immaculately maintained and clean. Our room had everything we needed and more. The pool areas are stunning and always plenty of sun-beds, absolutely no need to reserve. The restaurants were amazing, the food delicious. The cocktails at the wonderful bar were marvellous! To top it off, the staff are fantastic, so attentive, helpful, kind and warm. We rebooked for next year while we were there!

Once again an amazing restful stress free week. We have stayed 10-12 times and every stay we appreciate more. The staff are amazing, kind and professional. Nothing is too much trouble and treat every client the same. Initially stayed with our children when they was 14. We now return as a couple and our go to week away.

My wife & I have just returned from our 10th visit to the Joia El Mirador and it was, yet again, a wonderful and relaxing stay. This hotel just oozes elegance and subtle class. The staff throughout are a credit to the hotel and are , without exception, always on hand along with a smile and happy disposition. Managers are always in circulation and are extremely helpful, one of whom, Tiziana, is supremely attentive Food in the restaurants is of the highest quality and the dinner & breakfast buffet offerings are vast ! There is a variety of well chosen musical entertainment on an evening that compliments the hotel bar area and it is always very popular with the guests. Whilst Del Duque beach and La Caleta are close by, the hotel sits above the bay in peaceful tranquility and we quite often stay within the hotel grounds - there is no real need to venture outside. We have already booked a trip for May 2026 and will in all probability book for September 2026 also. We have travelled extensively but this hotel is our stand out favourite.
