整體很不錯。
其中服務很好，我的相機落在外面的餐廳了，找餐廳的人要但是不給。後來諮詢酒店負責guest relation的背頭帥哥報警流程，他先幫忙給餐廳的人打電話要，他溝通完餐廳還説沒有，然後告訴我報警的詳細流程，因為我第二天就要走，他説可以報警時填酒店的電話和地址，有些問題可以他們處理，還抄送所有員工關注這個事。最後相機成功找回。
酒店的餐廳多，吃過的都不錯。
景觀很不錯。
就是大堂地板和電梯門看得出有些歲月的痕跡了。

We stayed in the hotel for a week and our stay was excellent. From the moment we arrived until we left we enjoyed everything the hotel offered. First class service, excellent choice of breakfast and evening food. The staff all very helpful and very pleasant. Rooms spacious and serviced every day. Outdoor areas spotlessly clean. Location good. We were able to go for a walk every day and enjoy the coast line. We are planning to go back in February 2026.

A real gem of a hotel in all respects - location, quality and service. A lovely short beach walk to the excellent restaurants of La Caleta, and excellent onsite dining and bar options. Really friendly staff who demonstrated excellent customer service and clearly enjoy working at the hotel!

Tivoli La Caleta is a fantastic resort that truly exceeded expectations. The rooms are modern, comfortable, and spotless, and the pool areas are beautiful and incredibly relaxing. The location is perfect—right by the promenade with easy access to the beach and great restaurants. But what really makes this hotel stand out is the exceptional service. Every staff member we met was warm, professional, and genuinely eager to make our stay perfect. Their attention to detail and kindness made a huge difference and created a very welcoming atmosphere. A brilliant hotel in every way—highly recommended, especially for those who appreciate top-class service.

The Tivoli Hotel is a rare gem, very quiet, contemporary and spotlessly clean. Great friendly and polite staff. Superb facilities, including restaurants and bars. Not the cheapest, but then this is a 5* experience and the buffet and breakfasts were excellent in terms of quality and range of options.
